Molly came through for me in spades for my "30 x 2" birthday celebration. She provided a beautiful menu of cold and hot platters: A couple of examples: Za'atar spiced Shrimp with lemon-herb couscous, shaved brussel sprouts salad w/toasted almonds, apples, chives, lemon & olive oil. I lost count of how many compliments I received on the food but, of course, the best compliment of all was that there was barely of speck of food left yet everyone was fed well. I love connecting with people through their palates. I enjoy creating new and interesting menus customized to each client.

A desire for maximum flexibility to boost creativity
Why should our clients choose you?
I will always customize menus to the client, which can be very fun for a wedding. I like to get to know my clients and understand their palates and styles in an effort to really wow them with a unique dining experience
