I recommend the HOST System of carpet cleaning over all others due to its green system ratings, the fact that the system allows almost instantaneous opening of the areas being cleaned hence very short downtime, least water waste and environmental issues, little carpet wear, and an all-around better cleaning abroad. I moved into a home with a semi-finished basement which was carpeted. There was an old cleaning product odor coming from the carpet and I was ready to tear it out when my husband suggested having it cleaned. Due to my chemical sensitivities I went with The Dry Guys and am very glad I did. Excellent, friendly and professional customer service, and my carpet is odor free and looks like new! A water line broke in a kitchen wall while we were out of the country. The same day it was discovered, the Dry Guys were at our house proactively setting up their drying system on our main floor and in the basement. The owner Mike was over almost daily taking moisture readings to check the progress on drying. Their service was excellent and their equipment impressive. Mike told us he would not pull his equipment out until he was satisfied the moisture level was acceptable. They do business the right way and don’t cut corners. I use the Dry Guys to clean my carpet once a year. They use the Host product which does not add water to your carpet allowing you to move your furniture back in the room and walk on it immediately. Having Dry Guys clean my carpet yearly has extended the life of my carpet. They are friendly and professional and have you inspect their cleaning before they leave. More...

I recently had my carpets/oriental rugs cleaned by The Dry Guys using the HOST® Dry Extraction System. I have to say that my carpets have never been cleaner. Jim took the time to explain the entire process to me and assured me that it was safe for my pets, which was one of my concerns. Jim did an awesome job! He is kind and courteous and very professional. I was pleasantly surprised that I could walk on the carpets immediately after Jim finished. I have used The Dry Guys to clean my carpet twice and both times it was an excellent experience. The technicians are friendly and professional and the results are beautiful. My carpet is 11 years old and getting a little worn in some ares, but it looks nearly brand new when it's cleaned by this service. The carpet is almost completely dry when they finish and the process leaves a great fresh smell throughout your home. I also like the fact that this process is safe for use around pets.
