Marie at Laine Moire is an amazing resource for brides! Marie could not have been a better resource to me. She was creative, kind, reliable, and above all else, made the experience so amazing. I didn't know the first thing about flowers and I was an extremely busy bride. Also, I had a lot of "decision" people who wanted to be involved. Marie handled it all with grace! She involved everyone, offered some really creative options, and at the same time worked directly with me to make sure we were on track with the budget, which was most important to me. The day of our wedding, I was just amazed! Six months later people are still talking about the arch and the hanging flower and ivy installations she did! It was beyond my wildest Pinterest dreams! She is so creative and able to really guide the process without feeling like you are being sold into any options you don't want or can't afford. The wedding process can be overwhelming and I felt like most vendors were pushing me into decisions, but Marie was so caring and truly wanted what I wanted to come to life. She went above and beyond to even help with other decor needs I had, like making my name place cards and adding in some cute signs like a custom mirror that she wrote our names on. It was so just above and beyond. That's who Marie is: a caring resource who will go above and beyond for you. Working with Marie was an absolute joy. She is not only a lovely person but also an amazing florist. She is so talented and able to do everything from the selections,the chuppah flowers, and the set up to making sure everything looked gorgeous. I wanted a special flower from South Africa to use for my daughter’s wedding and she made my selection effortless. Being the florist, I wanted her to have free reign with the design and she went over and above my expectations. She is incredibly easy to work with, very calming and completely capable of making the wedding beautiful. She also supplied all the vases and candles so there was no need to rent them for any additional cost. Her fees are so reasonable, I honestly know that Marie loves what she does and is a floral designer for the sheer joy of making events memorable. I couldn’t give anyone a better recommendation. There were a few things that were critical to me and Laine Moire was able to prioritize them all! First, I didn't know the first thing about flowers. Marie was so patient and supportive and came up with some really creative options and explained it all to me. Second, I had a lot of decision makers in the process. My MIL wanted to be very involved. Marie hosted a whole session with all of us, including my Stepmom, and managed the desires for input all around. She was so caring and such a good listener, everyone walked away feeling like they had contributed. THAT takes a good person to accomplish! And lastly, I needed help with my own decor, setting things up, putting things together like the name place cards, etc. Marie stepped up and provided a ton more decor, even making my name signs for me. She was WAY more than just a florist and her team set up and broke down it all so I didn't have to worry about a thing! I don't know any florists that will go above and beyond as Marie did. Lastly, I was a price-conscious bride. But Marie didn't let that stop our vision from coming out! She found such awesome lower budget options and even made the arch herself so we didn't have to rent it. She had all the materials we could use. It was just amazing!! Marie was terrific to work with! We met her at the Forever Bride Market and after speaking with her, knew she was able to make our visions a reality. ..and she absolutely did! We met at a cafe to further go through details. She worked within our budget and gave her true recommendations. She was so flexible and she allowed us to rent some material from her as well. After searching around town for a reasonable florist that could make my floral dreams come true, I came across Laine Moire. We met over coffee, discussing my vision for our big day. Marie was so excited and gave me a ton of ideas to help make my vision come to life. She is all about DIY, finding options that work for you (fighting into your budget) and making pieces that are memorable. Another perk of working with Laine Moire was the added bonus of renting props from her (candles, candle votives, vases, lights, etc.). My favorite part of working with Laine Moire was how easily and honestly Marie was able to help me realize my own vision. I really respect that she knows what she is doing and was willing to guide my vision . She wasn't afraid to tell me that something I wanted would be possible, but expensive, difficult, etc. She was willing to do it if I wanted, but offered better alternatives for me to choose as well. Marie was the MOST incredible florist to work with. I presented her with a few pictures of flower arrangements I liked, and she created bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, aisle decor, and ceremony arch decor that exactly in line with what we hoped. And she made everything prettier than we could have ever imagined! She answered all our questions, was more than willing to meet with us and talk us through the different flower options, and she went the extra mile to make sure our head table and centerpieces were set up perfectly the day of our wedding. I can't say enough about Laine Moire. I met with a few other florists, but i was sold after my meeting with Marie. I knew absolutely nothing about flowers, although I tried to do a little research before our meeting. She was so helpful in sorting out my ideas, but what really impressed me was that she took the time to educate me as well so that I was able to make an informed decision about which flowers I wanted and how to optimize my selections within my budget. Also, she does everything....I wanted sashes tied around the chairs and she made them herself and tied flowers with them. Anything she didn't have on-hand she was able to purchase and rent to us, so I was able to have everything I wanted on my wedding day. When the flowers arrived I was blown away. Everything she did far exceeded my expectations and it was even better than my Pinterest wedding :) She was able to tie together all of my ideas into a cohesive look that was perfect for the day and felt unique to us. She also made suggestions, like the floral table runner we had across the head table, which was my absolute favorite detail!! There were a few things that by my own fault did not make it to her, like the floor plan for the centerpieces but she just went with it and I was so impressed with how everything came together. There were even some last minute changes to the order and she was so accommodating. All of my bridesmaids commented on their stunning bouquets and I had many guests ask about the flowers. I have already referred Laine Moire to my engaged friends. If you are looking for a florist, trust me, I did the research and read the reviews of florists in the area, you will not be disappointed. Marie did an incredible job on her and Ben's wedding, family helping, down to every last decorative detail, such as the couple photos and greenery M and B that greeted everyone at the reception, and the hand painted "letters" for the tables instead of numbers ( the head table's spelling "love", of course! ) The buckeye place card holders, the hand carved birch wood candlesticks, the succulent centerpieces...all so fitting for the season and elegant. She did a fabulous job with our flowers and decorations! We were planning a wedding on a budget and she definitely knows how to do more with less. I hardly understand the difference between a rose and a daisy and Marie's floral expertise was beyond greatly appreciated to say the least.
