Really loved this restaurant. Went to celebrate my husband's birthday. Had the Prosciutto appetizer, Tortelli ai Porcini and Tagliatelle al Ragu. The dishes were excellent.

Came here for Seattle restaurant week. I was very impressed at the location. It's in chophouse row which includes several different restaurants. Once you walk in, the interior is huge. It's dark inside but where it needs to be lit, has plenty of lights. Food was exceptional. Doesn't have much in terms of presentation as I would imagine great Italian food does, but once you take the first bite, it was a dream. Would highly recommend. More...

I LOVE how they prepare eggplant, the seafood salad antipasto with lemon- perfetto ! Service is attentive and friendly, and you can actually have a conversation, and hear and be heard here. La Spiga is reliably delicious.

This place is special. The owners and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is rustic and very open with a huge ceiling. I love the food, especially the truffle pasta.
