I was planning to do my own florals for my wedding. But at the last minute ran out of time. I walked in to La Paloma and the owner made me feel immediately at ease. My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to our suite for our anniversary and first weekend away from the kids. Unfortunately, the hotel misplaced the flowers and he was really disappointed that I didn’t get the surprise he had planned for me. We stopped in the next morning to make sure that the flowers had made it to the hotel and the owner was so apologetic! Not only did she make me a stunning array to replace the ones I didn’t receive, but she made sure that the hotel made it right! I've ordered 2 arrangements from La Paloma Flowers in recent weeks.  Both were stunning!  As I'm in Boston and sending to family members in Phoenix, I had lots of questions and needed lots of interaction (phone and email).  Naomi was incredible ... very responsive and had lots of suggestions.  My first request was very specific and she nailed it - it was even more beautiful than I'd hoped.  The second request I left to her imagination and it was every bit as lovely.  Her flowers are gorgeous and her customer service is even more impressive.  I'm a "flower person" andI look forward to continuing to do business with La Paloma Flowers. I have ordered flowers from La Paloma over the years and always had a good experience. This time I made the mistake of ordering flowers from Pro flowers and I was less than pleased to say the least. I called Naomi at La Paloma and she let me bring my flower arrangement in to her shop. She rearranged and added to the bouquet to make it look so much more appealing. My order from Robyn's Nest at La Paloma Flowers was the best experience I have ever had with a florist. I ordered the "Brilliant Blue" arrangement. Here is a direct quote from an email I received from my recipient on the day of delivery: "We just received the most beautiful flower arrangement I think we have ever seen!!!!" I am in Texas and needed flowers for a Memorial Service and luckily found this florist on Google! She was fantastic, made good suggestions on the arrangement and was so caring. She also sent me a photo of the gorgeous bouquet to ensure I knew if was lovely. I even told her the wrong day for the service and she made sure it was delivered without fussing at me!! My husband surprises me with a beautiful flower arrangement and succulent garden for my birthday.  He went to La Paloma Flowers and asked for the succulent garden and asked if he wanted a flower arrangement as well.  He answered yes, with purple flowers.  I could not believe my eyes when he walked in with the flowers.  I was amazed by their beauty.  They were arranged as though she knew me personally.  I for so emotional seeing them as they brought to mind my mother and father who have passed.  And the succulent garden was even more spectacular.  Definitely the place to get the arrangement you're looking for. Without a doubt the best florist in north central Phoenix. I stopped in this morning with an urgent request; my fiancée and I decided to forego the big wedding and go down to the courthouse. ..today! I asked Naomi to create a bouquet in just a few short hours with zero notice. I couldn't even describe exactly what I wanted, just that it was a wedding bouquet and to use her judgement and creativity. To say she knocked it out of the park is an understatement!
