I can't say enough good things about Kyrsten.  From our initial consultation until I got my final photos, she was extremely accommodating and understanding with our needs.  I ended up having to postpone our session TWICE - once because of weather and once because my skin was breaking out.  She was so nice about it and stayed flexible with us.  During our session, I didn't feel rushed to get to all our locations. She took her time with us and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera.Now the photos - they are SO good. She did such a great job of capturing mine and my fiancé's love.  I was worried that a beach session would be too airy and light, but she absolutely nailed the moody vibe that I was going for.  She is great at communicating through text and email and will hype you up about any ideas you have. This year we tried out a new photographer for our family photos and I am very pleased with the whole experience! Of the handful of photographers we have used over the last few years, Kyrsten is by far my favorite. She immediately made us feel at ease and usually we just feel awkward. So glad my family and I were able to use Kyrsten this holiday season!  I was so afraid because as a mom of three, I know how crazy and hard it's is to photograph little ones, especially toddlers. But Kyrsten was not only helpful but so genuinely caring. The day we were set to shoot was a little windy and super cold! But rest assured, she contacted me before our meeting time and offered to reschedule if I thought that would be better for my family. Since this was the only chance my family had at getting these pictures taken, we went ahead and did them. She was right on time with everything she needed  and made herself available to us as we were still getting ready when we arrived.  My kids were so comfortable with her and I noticed how she was so attentive to every last detail, even if that meant getting dirty. Our session went so well that she even snapped the most beautiful pictures of my husband and I!!! We had such a great experience with Kyrsten! She is great at communication and follow up before and after your session and the actual session was so great. She was so fantastic with our 2 year old daughter and really got some amazing shots of a girl that doesn’t sit still for more than two seconds at a time! She really let our daughters personality shine through and the session was super fun and stress free which is not usually the case with an active toddler!! I loved how patient Kyrsten was. She is really good at what she does. My little rascal would not sit still and she was so great with him. Her work is outstanding and what I mostly loved...she is affordable.

Kyrsten is a lifesaver. The photographer I had scheduled to take Easter pictures of my children cancelled on me last minute. When I contacted Kyrsten she immediately responded with dates and times she could fit me into her schedule.

Kyrsten was also amazing with my 6 month old and 6 year old. She encouraged my 6 year old to have fun and be silly, and she was so patient with my 6 month old.

Kyrsten is one of the most genuine photographers out there. Not only is she so sweet, she made the photo shoot so comfortable and so fun! She is so inspiring and passionate which definitely shows in her work. My son is hard to capture when he gets in one of his tantrums (he didn't want to take photos with me since he wanted to just run around lol) but Kyrsten was sooooo good to him & sooooo patient!
