This was my first time EVER ordering flowers. So I was pretty nervous about it.  I had ordered them last night before they closed. So I had emailed to ask if we can change the color of roses on the flowers I had purchased because they originally would be orange instead of red because she loves red roses and sunflowers. I received a call FIRST thing in the morning, they can switch the color etc and they will look nice because I was unsure if they would so that put my mind at ease. I put full trust in them to do so. My wife received the flowers within a short amount of time, and they are PERFECT! Will be ordering flowers again in the near future and I would HIGHLY recommend K&M florals More...

I got an arrangement that was sent to KandM Floral from AVAS a floral telemarketer. The arrangement was not what the sender wanted. K and M Floral redid it and it was FABULOUS and both the sender and recipient were very happy. Whenever you have an arrangement to send, be sure to go directly to the florist's site and either call or order on their website. BEWARE of google searches that bring up floral telemarketers such as AVAS. They re NOT a local florist as they lead you to believe and they take a cut of the funds you pay leading to the florists being asked to fill the order with less funds. You pay good money for your special person's bouquet. Make it be as special as they are by dealing directly with the florist. More...

I chose this florist to create a Mother's Day bouquet partly because it was located close to my mother's home but mostly because of all the great reviews it was getting on Yelp. I wasn't at all disappointed. After calling directly to the florist they were very helpful, diligent in taking my order and made certain that they had the correct delivery address. K&M even texted a picture of the design when it was finished to me and I was very happy with the artists creation! There was nothing online that was as beautiful as what K&M's florist created. On the day of delivery they called me and explained that they might not be able to deliver until the next day, which was fine. To my surprise they managed to squeeze in the delivery on the day requested! My mother stated that they were beautiful. Bottom line, if you want to cut out FTD and go directly to source, and if your delivery address is in the Woodland area, call K & M! More...

K&M Floral provided all of the flowers for my wedding this past weekend. Karon was lovely to work with, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. In fact I still have the arrangements sitting on my dining room table and I wish I didn't have to throw them away! There was a small hiccup on the day of the wedding when they forgot to give my mom the boutineers and corsages, but as soon as they found out, they corrected the situation by having the flowers delivered to the venue.
