I mistakenly placed my review from 2013 on another company's website, and therefore these remarks are from January 2013. KLSLA provided our company with corporate event transportation last week and it was a great experience.The bus accommodated about 30 participants.  It was clean and very comfortable. Our very pleasant driver Hector was punctual and extrremely helpful.  The bus was early arriving at the appointed location (our office) where we all would meet to board the vehicle. We used our walkie talkies to connect with everyone in our party.  We also had been provided with the driver's number which proved very helpful as someone at the event had left something on the bus and Hector located the missing item.We were taken to our event in Los Angeles and the driver informed us of his location so that at the end of the evening we could locate him in a crowded setting.We returned safe and sound after a very comfortable and safe ride to and from our occasion. We hired a sprinter for our wedding at the beach so our family could all be together, from our home to the beach and then to the reception. Booking was easy and very professional. Our driver, Robert, was a true delight! He was on time (early) he knew exactly where to go and drove so nicely, all 14 of us were extremely impressed! The email updates were really great too!!! They were able to accommodate 12 very complicated pickups in less than 24 hours of notice, and all the drivers were extremely professional and friendly. Last night I had the most amazing date with my girlfriend, it was our 6 month anniversary. So I wanted to serve her and cater to her, so I saw KLS on the internet while searching for date ideas. So I booked the 2014 Benz for a night on the town, Now the only thing was that the driver was 10 min late do the traffic, but the service was impeccable, chauffeur dressed to impressed, the Benz was super clean. I had the pleasure of riding with KLS during a meeting in Los Angeles. I had the experience of a Sprinter bus and a sedan for my airport transfers. We had 2 Sprinters for our 23 people attending the meeting. The Sprinter was brand new and immaculate. The driver was well groomed, helpful and smiled the entire time he was with us. It was obvious he was well trained in customer service, geography and we felt very safe. The sedan i rode in was awesome. Roomy, clean and new! I'll absolutely use them again! More...

I am so grateful to KMS Limo. I needed a limo last minute on Saturday for an event and wasn't sure if I could find a reputable company that would show up on time and have a nice Limo. I spoke to Alex on the phone and he was wonderful! he assured me that I would get a lovely car and it would definitely be there on schedule. He made me feel very comfortable and I loved that I got an email confirmation! On Saturday a driver named Armen arrived on time and was perfect! Very professional and super accommodating! I only needed the limo for 2 hours and they said that was no problem. Most other companies have a ,minimum of 3 hours! I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of service,professionalism and the gorgeous limo full of wonderful amenities inside for us to choose from! This past weekend I hosted my future sister-in-law's bachelorette party, the plan was to take a limo to dinner and then dancing after. I waited a little too long before making the limo reservations and was having trouble finding a service that would do a "point to point" trip for us. I finally talked to the nicest lady at KLS who helped me secure a limo for the next night and everything turned out great. Our driver (I think his name was Darrell?) was so nice and accommodating. The ladies really wanted to see Rodeo Drive since they were from out of town and our driver was more than willing to make that happen. I was TERRIFIED renting a limo b/c you just have no way of knowing what you're going to get.  KLS accomodated my party on a Saturday night for a two-hour ride (usually a 4-hour min on the weekends) and our experience was absolutely great.  Our limo was nice, new, and clean...which I had been worrying about b/c their prices seemed on the low end.  Our driver was punctual, polite, and so friendly.  It was raining when we got to our destination and he walked in the pouring rain to hold the umbrella over our heads (he'd already been tipped at this point!).KLS was great and I would absolutely use them next time I need a limo. Most pleased with the service I received on new years eve! Rodger was our driver and after the fun and professional atmosphere that we had last night I will never book with another company again. He showed up over 30 minutes early to my house, explained everything in detail about the bus, his typical runs with party bus participants, and even in detail how to work the stereo when I couldn't get it.  Plus he is just so much fun.  It's nice to have a friendly driver that quite frankly everyone on the bus loved. I believe at the end of the night we were all chanting "rodger rodger".  All in all I am 100% satisfied with my party bus experience and will definitely be booking with KLS again. More...

I rented a 22 passenger party bus for my birthday and was pretty happy w/ the service. The customer service was excellent. I worked w/ one representative Noune  who was very friendly and she was willing and able to answer all my questions. They were also the best deal around by far, by $100-$200. They don't set you up w/ a club or bar like some of the other places that I called, but we were able to choose where went which to me is better.  The bus was amazing w/ lots of space, but I will say it can fit up to 22 and we had about 18 and it was a tight fit.We had a great time, but there were a couple of negatives. I was told there was an ipod connection on the bus, but when it showed up that wasn't correct. Luckily a friend had a USB ipod connector that worked in his car because there was only had a CD player. They also overcharged me. But they caught it before I did and immediately credited my card back for the correct amount. And last but not least for my group anyway...the price included a "full bar". There was a handle of not the cheapest vodka, but I was also told there would be all the mixers we would want. Not to so...our only option was sunkist. Not the best.Overall for the price it was a great deal and we came prepared w/ our own drinks and mixers so I'd recommend the same. More...
