I saw the store so many times driving by and today I somehow slammed my car door on my phone. Yes .....I was so upset! My phone was paid off and I didn’t really want to get caught up in another payment. I was heading to the Verizon store when I remembered King Repair and so glad I stopped in. 2/15/18 - I’m a customer at King Tech Repair. On February 3rd, 2018 I went to the store in order to replace a front screen of my Apple IPhone 7. The phone had a minor crack on the top left corner and nothing else was wrong with it. I was told it would be fixed within the hour and left stating I’d be back to pick it up. I got a call shortly after from the repairman telling me the home button was broken and he apologized for this inconvenience to me and then proceeded to inform me they would be mailing it to their "t-mobile" authorized technician to fix their damage. I asked who the authorized dealer was and for their information, they refused to provide me this information so I was not able to get in touch with this “authorized dealer” for updates. I called King Tech Repair on multiple occasions and was always told they would call back but never did and never have. I waited one whole week and I made another phone call to King repair and finally got a hold of someone who stated that the damage to the phone was APPLE defective even and that they wanted to mail my phone to t-mobile directly from them and that i would, and I quote, “absolutely 100% fact get credit back on my T-mobile account for the phone". However, they absolutely Refused to put in writing that if I did not get my credit back they would be liable for the damages they made to my phone. Today is February 12th, 2018 and I am yet to receive my phone or any credit for it. They are now claiming they have no liability to breaking my phone after almost 2 weeks of having my phone and stating they did the damage. Every time I call them they always tell me they will call back but they never do. This is negligence with other people’s property, and lying to escape culpability.

2/22/18 - *UPDATE * - The owner Adam has claimed liability from carrier charges in writing and apologized for the completely unprofessional behavior of his employees namely Blake. So I am changing my one star to 5 on account of the owner Adam and his assistance on making this right. More...

Best spot to get your device fixed! I had my iphone, ipad, macbook, and xbox all serviced here and honestly this spot is honestly the best place i could have ever came across. They use quality parts and nothing has broke down on me after a fix unlike most spots that sell really cheep parts. King Tech never fails to deliver. My iPhone 6 battery seemed to be worn out (bad idea buying 5 below chargers) and my phone would die every 2 hours. I called King Tech Saturday morning at 10am , brought my phone in at 11am and it was done by 11:15am.  15 minutes to change a battery and for 1/3 the price the Apple Store would charge. I broke my phone screen recently and King Tech was the only legit looking repair store in my area. I checked out their website before going and was really impressed with how straight forward and user friendly it was. I saw that you can book an appointment online but I decided to go without one and was greeted/assisted right away! Blake was very helpful and very customer friendly. He was able to fix my phone screen in about 15 mins!! I've had no problems with my phone since the repair and it looks flawless again. King Tech is definitely cheaper than going to Apple. I have sadly had to use King Tech twice because I'm a giant klutz with my phone. BUT the experience both times has been great - and I won't go anywhere else to get my screen fixed/replaced. They continue to beat their 30min-1hour quote - getting my phone done last night in a mere 20 minutes - right before close (thanks again!) I had completely shattered my iPhone 7 camera and my phone is less than a year old. I called multiple places to see if it could be fixed and was unsuccessful in finding someone for the job. My phone provider wanted $150 for a referbushed phone and Apple wanted $319 to fix the camera. King Tech fixed my phone for a reasonable price. The staff was professional, courteous, and kind. I took my iPad here on a Tuesday to get the cracked  screen fixed. They told me it would only take a few hours and to come back that afternoon. I totally forgot about my iPad until Friday , which I take full responsibility for, but not even a phone call reminder? Weird.Upon dropping my iPad off, they insisted on having my password so they could "check that the screen works". I was hesitant, but did it anyway. I got an email from Apple 2 days later saying someone had tried to log into my account. King tech repair handled this situation professionally and provided me with their IP address to show that this had nothing to do with anything from their office.
