Kim DJd our outdoor, tented reception on 7/20/19 - what I swear was the hottest day of my life! She rocked it out and kept us on the dance floor throughout the evening, despite the insane heat. Our guests loved her and we appreciated that she played our “must have” songs (which included atypical music from both of our family’s heritage) and filled in with perfect additions. She truly understood what we wanted. Her basket of flip flops was a perfect addition and our guests really appreciated them. We also loved Kim’s “radio voice” and ability to get attention without screaming over the mic and keeping the focus on the wedding & the music. Our recent wedding was DJ'd by Kim Collins and she was wonderful to work with. I had attended a wedding a few years ago and knew right away that I would hire her for my own wedding. Very professional, organized, thorough, kind, fun. We met in advance and she walked through timelines with us, and we answered questionnaires and provided other info so everything went very smoothly the day. So fun to see everyone dance dance dance! Kim is fantastic! I had seen her work at my cousin's wedding a few years ago and we still talk about how fun the reception was, so when I was planning my wedding I knew she would be the perfect DJ for us. She did the music for our wedding last weekend and had the dance floor packed from start to finish. Even before the wedding, she was very helpful when planning the timeline of the reception and was very responsive to all of my emails.
