Stumbled upon one of the best ice cream stores in the state! I was walking by and decided to try it and the ice cream was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. I think I just found my new favorite ice cream place  I went here after getting dinner with my best friend and decided on the Fudgy Brownie ice cream in a waffle bowl. You can tell the waffle cones / bowls are freshly made everyday. The ice cream is rich and delectable in every bite and there was brownie bites in the ice cream I got, YUM! I've been meaning to come to this place since I saw the construction about a year ago. Cliffside Park was in need of a really good ice cream shop and then this placed popped up. I was around the neighborhood and decided to try it. As you first walk in, you enter what appears to be a chocolate factory. There's all sorts of candy and fudge all around the store. Everything looked hand crafted and beautiful. I met this really nice guy named KORAY. He was super nice and sweet and let me try a few of the fudge and ice cream flavors. He was super informative and as excited as I was to try some of the things at the store. I ended up getting some ice cream. The chocolate caramel cashew, coconut crunch and cappuccino ice cream was amazing! The waffle cone had the perfect sweetness. They charge by weight and not really by scoop which was a bit confusing but nevertheless. I had a great experience and will definitely come back here.. More...

Visiting a friend who recently moved into the high rise right outside the entry to Kilwins and her new baby my boys and I were heading down to municipal parking and stumbled into Kilwins. The man working (manager / owner idk) was extremely pleasant. He immediately offered my oldest fudge samples after asking me if he had amy allergy before allowing him to choose a fudge to try. I went over to the in-house chocolate case to inquire about a couple options to take back to my husband and he broke down what's made in-house and what's made in WI and shipped. He took out some freshly made pistachio bark and gave me a piece while I browsed which was super yummy and I asked him to back some up. My boys and I moved over to the ice cream case and the 4yo of course asked for SuperMan which is his go to at Kilwins and annoying to me because it's a pile of 20 colors moreSO BLUE which turns his lips and mouth blue for hours. Was craving sweets on the night before Valentine's day to find this charming place with decent business hours. Interior is clean, airy and chic adding a nice touch to this decadent place. Ordered three flavors of ice creams including a waffle cone which was served warm. Ice cream was tasty and flavorful. They carry a variety of chocolates, candies, taffy, small and large packaged sweets. Truly a nice addition to the area for anyone with a sweet tooth. There are few tables for patrons who wants to enjoy their sweets right at the spot. Only down side was that there is no parking lot and you have to find a space on the street then walk up. More...

My friends and I were having dinner and drinks at Sedona Taphouse when a man came around with a tray of Kilwins' caramel popcorn bites. They were so good we decided to forgo dessert at the restaurant and went across the plaza to Kilwins instead. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Took our daughters here for a little dessert after lunch at PF Chang’s next door. We actually moved from New York a few months ago where there is another Kilwin’s of the same quality. The staff is always polite and helpful, even when very busy & the desserts are always tasty. The prices are the only “negative” thing but for a specialty place, I think it’s worth it to come for a nice treat! More...

What a nice addition to the neighborhood! We happened to see it when we went to the Sedona Taphouse for dinner which is located at the same new luxury rental building on Anderson Ave. When we walked in, we knew we were there for a nice treat. You could smell fresh chocolate and everything in the store simply looked so delicious. The staff were super friendly and gave out samples such as those fudge and brittles. We got some chocolate covered pretzels which were freshly made in the store and they tasted amazing! And the cookies and cream ice cream in a cone was so creamy although a bit pricey at $5.30.I didn't realize that this is a chain with stores all over the country. Would definitely come back to get those ice cream cakes for upcoming birthdays and holidays. More...

I have tried Kilwins in other states. I found out from their website that they were opening one in this new Cliffside Park apartment/business building, so got to try it out. The shop is pretty big. They sell all type of sweets, chocolate, fudge, ice cream, and a lot of gift items. They are well displayed. The staffs are really friendly. The ice cream is pretty good, but for 2 scoops, they charge $6.99 plus tax, which I thought was really really expensive and for that, I'm only giving 4 stars. But I will probably visit soon again. Kilwins is the ultimate chocolate shop! They have anything you could possibly want. I'm a huge fan of the peanut covered caramel apples and chocolate covered oreos. I have eaten fudge from many diff homemade fudge stores it's usually very sweet.. I have to say there fudge is not very sweet. It's so creamy .. the down side they do not have a very large selection of fudge but do have  a variety choc candies   I am hooked on the  s'mores..  I have not tried there ice cream yet but  nice selection and all look so good More...

Wow Kilwins is really amazing!!.. everything is amazingly fresh and homemade!! I'm a little picky when it comes to dark chocolate and their quality is excellent! ! I am sitting with all of my treats to my side.. the best caramel apple I have ever had ! I can't wait to buy one of their ice cream cakes too because the ice cream is amazing and not overly sweet like normal ice cream shops are! Can't wait to go back!!! More...
