I really enjoy classes here. The space can get a little crowded some days but overall there is enough space, the instructors are great, the music keeps you moving, and you can get a killer workout in within an hour. I've taken 4 classes here thus far and, while small, the facility is really well appointed and the trainers top notch. They do a great job of customizing workouts (years of rugby have left me a broken man) and genuinely seem to care and want to help any way they can.
