My granddaughters first visit to WDW was made extra special because of Carrie and her planning abilities. She made the plans, we went along for the ride(s). We dined with the Princesses, she dressed up like a princess and she felt like a princess. Carrie arranged our meals and have very useful tips and suggestions. This was my first time going through a travel agency and I just don't believe I could ever do it any other way again, Having everything bundled together was just easy and amazing. We had our cards, a credit card, and a room key, that is all we had to keep track of. The shuttle picked us up, dropped us off and it was EXTRA nice not to have to drive and possibly get lost after a long, tiring day. Carrie puts her own special touch on her trips that she plans. We were referred to this service by a friend and I highly recommend Carrie to anyone looking to experiece the Magic of Disney! She took care of everything and it was so smooth, she was even able to get us in to one of the hottest restaurants (Be our Guest) with only 2 days notice. Our family embarked on our first Disney experience Last June. I was very overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin with the planning process, then my friend referred me to Carrie. Wow! I can't say enough about our Disney Vacation. Just talking about it makes me want to go back again this summer! We have been to Disney multiple times and had never used a travel agent. A friend of ours booked her Disney vacation through Carrie so we thought we would give it a try. We won't go it alone again. Carrie is fantastic. She is always quick to reply. Obviously travel agency is not a 9-5 job for her. I've sent her countless emails altering our plans slightly one way or another and she replies and makes it work. Carrie is awesome to work with! I told her what we were looking for in a resort and she came back with several detailed quotes. ..after we booked and a discount became available, she let me know and changed it for me. All our meals were booked by Carrie, which took a huge weight off of our shoulders. She was always available and even checked in with us on vacation. Our kids loved the cute countdown charts she mailed to is a month before. She kept me up to date on park hours, schedules, travel tips, etc. ALL of this at no additional cost. Carrie did a wonderful job helping us plan our Disney vacation in the Spring of 2014. I was certainly a novice when it came to the Disney experience. Not only did Carrie help make the overwhelming aspects of all of this seem so easy, she helped us plan a much better experience than I could have done on my own . . . and did so cheaper than I could have as well. Carrie was so much help when I was planning my family's first visit to Disney World earlier this year. She sent tons of helpful information and answered all of my questions very quickly. She has so much great advice! When discounts came out she made sure to see if I was able to take advantage of them. I enjoyed planning and scheduling meals and other activities on my own, but Carrie made sure we had her cell phone number for any issues that might have come up during our trip. I felt very secure that I had someone to call if we had any problems, which thankfully we didn't. It was a fantastic trip and I was totally shocked when my husband started a conversation with, "So, the next time we go to Disney..." This was our first Disney cruise and it could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Carrie. She went above and beyond helping us with schedules and a detailed itinerary of events happening on the ship. Her preparation and attention to getting everything set up was flawless. She was available to answer any questions we had and was quick to respond. She is also proactive in making sure Disney knows of any special events. We were on the ship for our birthdays/anniversary (all the same day) and our son's birthday which is three days apart. What an amazing way to celebrate. Our first ever Disney vacation was last November and Carrie helped our family with every detail. She started by guiding us through the resorts and which one would work best with our larger party. She was able to answer every single question we had throughout the entire process. We loved all of the suggestions she gave and the fact that she did all of the dining reservations as well as taking care of scheduling appointments for the Bibbity Boppity Boutigue and Pirates League for our kiddos. She even helped us with questions we had while we were at Disney. My family went on our first Disney vacation October 2013. Carrie walked me through every step. I would have never known what to do had it not been for her. My parents went with us and right after we arrived in Disney my grandmother passed away so my parents had to leave and not continue the trip. Carrie was so amazing she rearranged all mine and my parents dining so we did not waste any money. Carrie helped me plan my family's first trip to Disney World earlier this year. She helped with every phase of the trip. She gave us plenty of helpful information on different properties and made sure we picked the right hotel for the trip we wanted. Carrie also was super patient with me and my novice questions about everything from bus transportation to meal recommendations. Planning a trip to Disney (especially your first time) is a time consuming and overwhelming experience. I was happy to have someone in my corner for the entire 8 months between deciding to go and actually heading south.

Luckily we didn't need to contact her during the trip but I am sure if we did she would have been there to answer any question that came up. Couldn't recommend her services more! More...
