He is a great trainer. He came up with something new every session, so I don't get bored. I moved to Colorado Springs several months ago and I was blessed to meet Kevin Drake. I am 71 years old and was in good shape when I met him, but after hiring him as my personal trainer, I am stronger, I have more energy, I'm bike riding, swimming 2 miles per workout, and continuing to use the skills Kevin has taught me. Not only does he know the best methods for increasing strength, improving mobility and stability, while at the same time managing weight loss, Kevin is a really good guy. He genuinely cares about his clients and that helps keep you motivated to achieve your goals.
