They offer "tasting" parties on a regular basis at a hotel close to them that you can attend to sample their foods and other services. They show a variety of table settings for reception décor, disc jockey services, wait staff services, their preferred cake vendor has a cake there etc... A representative greets you, tells you a little about everything, and then gives you just the right amount of time to taste, look, sample, etc... before they sit down with you one-on-one to discuss your reception and what you have in mind. No rush, pressure or pushy sales behavior with these guys!

Back and forth communications has been amazing, and when they came out to the reception site to look it over and discuss layout etc, they were right on time (I actually ran a bit late) and we had a lot of fun discussing everything.

We're having an "off-beat" wedding and they are totally "in to it" which is what I need from all my vendors. Their enthusiasm did not disappoint! Our event isn't until November 3rd, but based upon my experience with them thus far, I can not imagine the evening not going smoothly, and our guests thrilled with the food and service they're going to be surrounded by!
