Kate and her team did a fantastic job with my apartment and really went the extra mile to provide an excellent service. I live in an attic apartment of a walk up building and could not arrange to be home at the time of the cleaning. Kate met me at my place of employment to pick up a set of keys and left them in the apartment right where I asked. I had left out a set of clean linens anticipating changing them when I got home, but Kate and company had already taken care of that, which was a nice added touch. i got lucky. i needed a cleaning service, went online, and picked kates out of the blue. usually this leads to disaster but not this time. i came home from work to find a beautifully sparkling condo. i dont think she missed a spot. i have 2 cats and there was fur everywhere with dark floors that seem to showcase it. Kate's Cleaning came for their first visit yesterday, and I'm impressed! Our apartment has never been cleaner! They were even able to get our white stove top sparkling - I've scrubbed it for hours and its never been so white. This service was recommended to me, and also had the best pricing of any of the companies I looked into. Â They were great with our dog, and very friendly. Kate's cleaning service did an amazing job cleaning my home! They were on time and left my house spotless. I will definitely use their service again, highly recommended. With previous cleaners that I have used they would miss certain areas and parts of my home on a consistent basis. Such as dust on some shelves, parts of the window remained dirty and sometimes the top of the oven. Therefore I have not had any pleasant experiences with cleaning services and I am always hesitant to begin with a new service. I want to be able to feel comfortable with who I am letting in my home and constantly changing services due to poor cleaning, this becomes an issue. I am beyond happy to discover Kate's cleaning. This was our first cleaning with the service. The two girls were very pleasant and able to communicate clearly, which isn't always the case. One recommendation is to include taking out the garbage from various areas - kitchen, bathrooms, etc, which is part of a full cleaning. I would recommend Kate's cleaning service to you. I called her and got a hold of her right away for the first time. I needed her to come rather quickly for example I called her on a Tuesday and needed her to come on a Thursday. She made her company available to come and do that for me. In fact two hours after I got off the phone with her she called me back to tell me that she had an opening that just came available for Wednesday so they even got me in sooner. They arrived on time and her crew was very polite. They also did a GREAT job cleaning and can I tell you that I am VERY picky. I was reading what other people had to say and I noticed some so-so comments. But please rest assure that you will be in good hands and Kate does a great job. You won't be disappointed. More...
