K180 Greenville SC 6 weeks challenge was awesome!! Thank you Omar for your awesome 6am workouts. I had back and knee pain he was able to provide alternate workout solutions which was great!! He was always positive and very personable and always kept the uptempo beats on hand during our workouts. Thank you to Angela and Trudy for always making yourselves available day or night when I needed help during my monthly cravings or when work was so hectic I couldn’t eat on time. Great place for beginners and anyone experienced in fitness but looking to get back into a fitness routine! Omar, Heather, and Jonathan are some of the best personal trainers I have had the pleasure of working out with. K180 Fitness is AMAZING!!! I completed the 6 Week Challenge and lost 30 Pounds!!! I couldn’t believe the changes my body made in such a short period of time! I lost weight and inches all over. It was very exciting to share this opportunity with others. We kept each other accountable on the Facebook page- uploading pictures, meal preps and other encouraging posts. I Started my journey in May and I must say I have came so far physically and mentally!!! The knowledge that I gain from the trainers is amazing. For the first time in my life I can join the "exercising makes me feel better" club. The trainers are GREAT and they make that hr go by fast! The vibe is good in there!! I have been involved in semi-training with TASHA for over 3 weeks now, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training in the 6 week challenge as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions & then took on a semi personal one-on-one session as well!
I must be a glutton for punishment!

I have a long way to go but am amazed seeing my transformation to date. Even though I have some limitations, Tasha takes those into consideration.

Tasha is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Importantly:
– She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
– She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Tasha and would recommend her & the K180 team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.

I didn't meet my challenge goal of 25lbs, BUT K180 fitness helped me to lose 12lbs in only 6 weeks! I feel stronger, look thinner, I'm sleeping better, and have SO much more energy. My wife and I have been working with Jon Egan, our personal trainer at K180, for about a month. We are both in our 60s and in good health. Our goal is to be able to overcome some physical challenges and improve our strength and stamina.

Jon has been excellent in all respects. He understands our goals and our limitations, and he creatively adjusts the workouts to fit our needs. He is very patient, explains the exercises very well, corrects our posture constantly, and has won our trust.He is always on time, prepared with a tailor-made workout that he offers with a smile and an enjoyable disposition.

We have made substantial gains during our training with Jon. We feel strong, energetic, and motivated to constantly improved. Jon is able to get the best out us in every session.

He is generous with his time. He even took us to the super market to suggest foods that will improve our weight loss efforts, and keep us healthy!

I would strongly and without any hesitation recommend K180 and Jon Egan as your personal trainer. Thank you Jon!

Started our personal training at K180 12 weeks ago and am very pleased with a 3% body fat loss. We just happened to be walking past the facility, went in, and were very impressed with Jon Egan. He offered a free training session that we set up and we've been going three times a week ever since. Jon has so much knowledge and totally customizes the workout to my husband and my personal situation, especially since we are in our sixties. He has taken care of a knee issue I used to have and has helped my husband heal a back issue. He motivates and pushes us in our training sessions and we work very hard for the hour, but the results in just 12 weeks are astonishing. I've lost inches, my clothes feel much looser, and I'm so much stronger. Part of their program is a very easy to follow meal program and Jon even took us to the nearby grocery store and spent an hour with us showing us better food choices. Although we normally eat pretty healthy, that one hour grocery shopping was quite illuminating. We send him a food log daily (very easy format) and that has helped us be accountable and helped him modify our foods as necessary. I highly recommend Jon and K180. We've seen all ages and body types coming through the door and Jon's personal care has made a big difference for us! More...

I just completed the 6 week challenge at K180 fitness. Alex was always helpful and available for questions.The trainers are wonderful and very helpful. Shawn gives you the tools you need to be successful. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The staff wants you to succeed and holds you accountable. I went to the new ESA in Knightsville wanting to speak with someone about training, that's when I got introduced to Ashley Reese and K180. With the help of my trainer Jonathan Willis, I was able to go from 293 lbs on day one to 205 lbs 7 months later. I followed the training and nutrition plan and saw results every week. Jonathan geared the training in such a way that it kept me challenged and motivated at each session and gave me the confidence that I would and could reach my goals. As someone who competes in strength athletics, k180 mostly fits my needs. The gym is always clean. Coming from somewhere like Coop's fitness, the staff at K180 is very clean and professional. Where as Coop's was poorly maintained (wobbly benches) K180 is always in great shape. One big thing k180 has is bumper plates. You won't find a lot of gyms with those.The bar quality is pretty good for strength training (texas power bars) They have what appears to be one deadlift bar of a unknown brand. They have a "crossfit" type room. I just warm up in there but if you're into crossfit you can't beat the price. They have rings and what not set up.The only gripe I have is that there are only 2 half racks and the plates at the gym at wide and rubberized. You can barely fit 6 plates a side.I don't know a thing about their fitness classes. But, if you're working out to get stronger and build muscle a personal trainer wouldn't be for you anyways.Oh yeah did i mention you pay less than 20 bucks a month? More...
