First of all, the location was easy to find. Second, security did there job at front desk, which is very important. Third, as you walk into there office it was clean and fresh. The staff greeted me with a big smile. Kindness goes along ways. Forth, after I gave all information that was needed the whole process was less then 20min. Paperwork was given in a folder and there business card. Not only that they called soon as returned was accepted. I didn't have to call not one time to check on my refund. This is my second year letting theses wonderful ladies prepare my taxes. I owed the IRS thousands of dollars because I used to be contract. It's always hard to find someone to do your taxes. When my regular tax lady retired I went toJackson Hewitt and felt like I was being ripped off with how much they charged me and how little I got back.
