My wife and I used Joe Griffith for our wedding. Could not have asked for a better DJ! He played great music during the cocktail hour and people started dancing and it was awesome! Dance floor was packed the entire time and he mixed the slow ones in there as well. He has worked with our family for over 20 years! In fact, Joe is like an adopted son in our family! We love Joe!!! Joe was our DJ at our wedding 5 years ago. I still vividly remember how much fun everyone had and how the dance floor was always packed. What I appreciated most was at our first meeting Joe said, tell me what you are looking for and if I don't think I can do that for you, I'll let you know. We hired Joe as our DJ for our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with the result.
Joe was very professional and thorough with us throughout the process.
He was very involved with the planning process, making sure we had all the details correct before the big day – including some we hadn’t thought of. We covered everything we’d need – the layout of the wedding, the schedule, the names (with pronunciation!), songs for specific events, etc.
Day of, Joe was on time and had everything set up before I ever made my way to the reception hall. We had a few day-of changes that he handled without issue, and we even had a minor power outage that barely even registered. He covered all the songs we wanted, handled requests from the crowd, and ran the night smoothly. Everyone was having a good time, and there was never a moment where the dance floor was empty – tough to do, considering the varied tastes of our crowd.
I’ve had multiple people tell me this was the most fun they’ve ever had at a wedding – and while I’d love to take credit, I really can’t. It was thanks to our MC. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Joe for any special occasion, and you shouldn’t either.
