When I 1st came in contact a couple of years ago with them I was sending funeral flowers to someone in California. They really saved the day after I had been run through the wringer and my family totally run through the wringer with another online flower company that was awful . No names mentioned. Lol. I recently used just roses again and this time it was local. The gal that I talk to when I ordered had forgotten to put down the requested time to deliver the flowers. I went in today for a very last minute bouquet. Â The woman there was able to do it and she did it for half of what other florists around were asking for a simple bouquet. She threw in a bootineer too. Â The florist was very friendly as well. Customer service seems to be so rare nowadays. Â It's nice to see someone who seems to actually care if the customer is happy!!
