Despite a late arrival, I'm really happy with the service I received! Josh was working solo but handled my glass shower door and 1,000 square feet of laminate flooring like a pro. They were WONDERFUL! I requested a quote a couple of nights before Thanksgiving and the following day I received a call. Day after Thanksgiving the guys showed up at my storage locker and hauled away the junk. They were super-nice and even insisted on carrying to my car the items I was keeping to my car for me. Sweet!! Requested a quote to remove a large sectional late night on a Thursday and heard back within 5 minutes. They quoted me for both curbside and in house haul away, both of which were lower than any of the competitors. They had an opening for pickup the following day so I booked it and the next day they showed at the exact time I had requested. Gave me a same-day appointment after calling them mid day. They showed up an hour after the window they promised, but was probably due to squeezing me in for the day. I'm sure truckloading gets a bit more challenging as the day goes by and I was the last stop. The quote was $99 for a refrigerator and an old television and they knocked a little off for being late. If I can give more stars to Tucker and Junkinator, I would. Tucker has one of the best customer service I have experienced. We were working on our backyard, a DIY project, and needed to get rid of dirt and bushes. Of course I call the "big company - Pacific Waste aka Allied Waste" what a nightmare that was. That company didn't deliver. Had us waste time and money waiting for a temporary dumpster to get delivered. We waited a week to even get an answer from them. Then there is Tucker of Junkinator to our rescue. Not only was he patient enough to listen to a customer's gripe about the big company, he also got temporary dumpsters delivered to my house the same day. And this was from one phone call. I hired them to get rid of a ton of stuff at my house that I was not taking with me to my new home. They took a huge pile of junk in my garage and put it in their truck like it was nothing. They then put five rooms of furniture in the truck too in no time at all. Fantastic service.  I called on a Saturday  expecting to schedule a visit and instead was told that they would be here within the hour.  They were here in 45 minutes.  They quoted me a flat rate and I got the detritus of a long neglected past picked up and hauled away.  The two men on staff were polite and respectful and friendly, taking the time to introduce themselves and shake my hand at the beginning and maintained a positive attitude throughout the whole interaction.  I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely the using them again!! I was very pleasantly surprised with the expeditious response from the Junkinator and courteous and helpful attitude of the two young men who came Sunday morning to remove a Christmas tree that had definitely overstayed it's welcome as well as the packing boxes that had cluttered my garage for way too long.
