Fun place with great food and beer selection.
Worth the wait, excellent food on a really beautiful neighborhood
Both of Jillian's restaurants are awesome. ( J's and Julian's)They have a special vibe that makes them unique eating and social destinations. You have to try them both.
Awesome place. Really cool set up and nice atmosphere. Loved the food and drinks too. Great service.
A French toast candied walnuts and blueberries. A steak and pepper hash...
Small intimate neighborhood bar and restaurant
Its really loud, but the food is good and there are gluten free options!

Great food and great place to have some fun!
Great vegitarian and vegan options
Very off beat restaurant. Well experimented foods and drinks.
I had an interesting dish, bbq tempeh tacos with sweet potato fries. It was a nice atmosphere sitting outside. I hope there will be gluten free options in the future so that I can try more items!
Great little hole in the wall place, food was wonderful. Lots of options for everyone including picky eaters and vegans. Definitely a good find.
Excellent food, drinks and service
Cozy, hip, comfy. Great staff.
My neighborhood place for 20 years.
Cozy inside. Awesome menu. Very attentive and patient staff. Our waiter made some great drink and food recommendations and we were happy with everything. Their brunch gets CRAZY busy so heads up! Totally worth checking out. More...
Food is absolutely AMAZING, but the crowds and prices are tough to take. Good for an experience or special occasion but hard to recommend as a habitual breakfast place.
Solid cocktails, lots of vegan options.
Awful parking, but damn the food was good. Vegan options too, for those of you out there. Otherwise, nice staff, nice drinks, and affordable pricing!
Imo, one of the top 3 places for breakfast in Rhode Island.
Great good and great service!
Impeccable quality of food extremely unique.
Great beer selection and tasty food. The decor was fun too!
Amazing brunch spot! Well worth the wait
Friendly staff nice atmosphere great food
Julian's has a fairly diverse menu that has a little something for every taste, ranging from falafel to burgers. Healthy choices abound along with some sinful bar food. They also feature a number of special cocktails to go with the menu. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. More...
Who doesn’t love brunch and mimosas? I had the vegan Greer Grant Nelson Tofu Scram. It was good but the mimosas were better. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming. I was al alone as my boyfriend had to work. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. More...
Good food &service, many vegan options. Go at weekday lunch, otherwise it's very crowded with a long wait
Best burgers I’ve had here! Great hospitality. Can’t wait to come back for their sweet potato fries.
Never do ratings but this deserves all my stars, the brunch was awesome but the lemonade was sour that me and my girlfriend got the food was nicely portioned and tasty
Great food, delicious spicy bloodys.
Amazing food, with large portions, nice ambience, and reasonably priced. I went with a group of 8 people and everyone seemed pleased with their food. Great valet service as well. Highly recommended! More...
Breakfast here is hit or miss for me personally, but that's only because I'm not a huge fan of a mushy breakfast hash. BUT dinner here is always a treat. Their chefs are extremely creative and I'm never NOT knocked on my heels by their specials. Would totally recommend to anyone and everyone. More...
The waitress recommended the halibut instead of the salmon. It was very good with the pomegranate sauce adding a bit of sweet and the other ingredients making it tart. The halibut itself was very well cooked, moist, soft and juicy. The asparagus went well as did the rest of the dish. On the whole it is a great dish. More...
Good food, prices seemed a tad high, but I feel like the quality is also high, so fair enough. I would totally go again.
Always a great beer list. Hardly ever a wait for dinner. Interesting cocktail specials!
5 star service food and decor
Great place for food and drinks.

1000th review My favorite spot in Providence. To many great things to mention - duck hash side is a must if available.
The food, service, drinks and atmosphere is delectable.
I guess this place can get pretty packed but I looked around as I ate and everyone was content with their food and to me the wait was about average and well worth it once I got my food. The environment is pretty relaxed and the vegan pancakes were so good! How do you even make vegan whipped cream!?!?!? And also it’s pretty inexpensive for the amount of food we individually inhaled in silence lol More...
Nice variety of gluten free choices and other extra healthy tastes. Wide variety of beverages both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. You may order different French toast types as well as Benedict style breakfast in full and half sized orders.Pricier than most breakfast places and yet the food is upper scale to be sure. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. There was no delay between ordering and receiving our mealWill be back for sure on another day to try the other treats More...
I have been coming here on and off for years. About 15 years ago the owner Julian started a street brawl with the group I was with. I boycotted the place for years. I enjoy coming here mostly for drinks. They have excellent imported beers and after dinner liquors. Sometimes I enjoy trying their specials. When I tried the ice cream I found it is delicious. They should open an ice cream shop. Some of the staff are really nice. More...
Decent brunch spot. Was very affordable. Went on a Saturday morning at 11am. Line was long and we were told to wait for forty minutes. We got back around 1140 and we were immediately seated. I got the buccaneer omelette $13. Portions were big! Two pieces of toast on a bed of potato fries definitely adds a lot of carbs on the plate. The salmon omelette was also decently portioned and so was very filling. I liked the flavors that the smoked salmon came with dill and capers, as that combination can never disappoint with that smokiness and acidity to each omelette bite. Julian's is a great place to grab casual brunch on a weekend. It's pretty standard brunch fair, and they aren't reinventing the wheel when it comes to breakfast. However I would come back here whenever I'm back in Providence More...
This place is an experience. The atmosphere and music are wide ranged and so is the food. We went there for a birthday brunch and due to popularity there was a wait. It did not take too long, until after we were seated. Julian's has a wide range in drinks and very intriquit menu. I endulged in the french toast with house made whipped cream! SO good. These portions are large and very filling. I would reccommend sharing some plates if need be. We also enjoyed some mimosas. All in all, really good restaurant. Pricing was a tad high but nothing too major. I believe we paid about 45-55 dollars for two meals. There are a few local shops to visit as well if you have some time. Shout-out to the person who makes the music playlist! Loved the 90's music. More...
Great food and service
chicken and waffles is a must! Also, coolest bathroom I've seen. Loved every bite!
Delicious food and a plethora of good drinks! This is THE place to get brunch in Providence.
Love it here. Good people watching spot on Broadway and the food/service is excellent.
Always great food!
Food always hits the spot
Food is pretty good and atmosphere is really fun. Prices were a little steep and menu was limited. Go on a weekday to avoid a long wait.
The best breakfast brunch we have had in a long time. The spicy Italian sausage hash was great. Great bacon in the omelette. Hash browns omg. The best rye bread!!! Lastly fabulous beer selection. the most exceptional staff from the kitchen to the front of the house. Julian and Brian have always done a great job staffing with excellent teams! More...
Julian’s is a great bar it has very good prices on some mixed drinks. The interior is really well done with lots of small items and goofy stuff to look and it’s really cozy. I didn’t have the opportunity to eat the food but I can vouch that the drinks are made very well and the atmosphere is one that you should try. More...
Went for a quick drink after the theater. Love the atmosphere and would go again to try the food.
Good food, great vegan options, cool vibe, friendly staff
An awesome family friendly/rocker/grunge brunch place to get some good grub. I got The Randido Eggs Benedict which has a waffle, apple wood smoked bacon, avocado, tomato, carmelized onion, and some hash on the side. I also got the Godzilla Mimosa which has Midori. Delish! More...
Locals call this place Ju-Ju's (pronounced Joo Joo's). Black label and turnip mash are the local choices for sure.
Loved everything! Going back to try everything else!!!

Gigantic proportions, fast friendly service. Definitely stands up to its hype!
Top breakfast ans brunch
Awesome drinks, wholesome food and the most excellent bathroom.
Their Veggie meals are so gooood
Its a great place. Great environment with nice drinks. Food was nice as well. French toast was great. They have vegetarian and vegan options too!!!
Overall atmosphere is kinda blah as far as there waitstaff goes. Food and beer selection was splendid.
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent
Just changed the menu, great new options and still has the old standbys. Super busy in the morning but always worth the wait.
Busy spot for brunch on a Saturday, but it was well worth fighting the crowds! I’ve been dreaming of breakfast pizza for years and Julian’s made that dream come true, with a mimosa to wash it down.
They have strawberry milk!!!! Great brunch
Food was good, the employees were great, and the purple haze Mimosa was delicious.
The best part about this place is that if you know the secret (that locals call this place JuJu’s (pronounced joojoos)) they will give you access to the locals menu, which is even better than their already 5 Star regular menu (6 stars). Good luck, just say “So I heard locals call this place JuJu’s” More...
Locals call this place JuJu’s.
If your looking for something different, try this establishment. Interesting menu choices, vegan options and a full bar.
Jillians is a great bar it has very good prices on some mixed drinks. The interior is really well done with lots of small items and goofy stuff to look and it’s really cozy. Great spot for quality american food. I love eating here. The place has a cool feel to it. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.
Breakfast galore! It was so busy on a Friday morning... we only waited 15 minutes or so. The portions are generous here and they have some unique things. We started off with bloody Mary’s which is a must!! It was quite delicious. I got the kimchi bowl which was a great Asian twist but still had the classics like eggs and potatoes. It was very hearty. We also shared half a French toast. That was good too. Love that they let you do half orders like of the Benedict. More...
Its a great place. Great environment with nice drinks. Food was nice as well. French toast was great. They have vegetarian and vegan options too!!!
My husband and I visited Julian’s for Sunday Brunch. We walked in at 1:15, thinking they would be less crowd because they close at 2pm. The line was out the door and they were still seating people. The place was packed. We sat outside with a pitcher of pineapple mimosas made to perfection. We were seated within 50 minutes. The waiter was very polite and gracious. Food came within an appropriate amount of time. The food was cooked to perfection and very large portions. Great food for less money. More...
Excellent food choices for all including vegetarian and vegan. Always attentive great waitstaff. Usually busy and we came Sunday evening and it was immediate service. Awesome bottled beer choices.
Hash-Hash-Hash, and more hash. All extraordinary but the sausage patties I'm writing home about. They do beer flights too - what a fun surprise!
Good food, great atmosphere!
Fantastic food and atmosphere
Wouldnt go to pvd without going to julians
I love this place. Their ranch dressing is awesome great for foodies. You have to wait a long time and its very loud. My favorite combo big drinks and big times!
Great place, very unique menu and drink selection
Killer food lord of vegan and vegetarian options I'm in love
Amazing brunch spot. Lines can be long but for good reason.
First time. Smitten. This place is the real deal. Ambiance. Great beer selection. I'll be back.
Yup. This is a staple on my visits to the motherland.
Real nice and cozy atmosphere that puts you in the mood to really chow. I like their twists on the continental breakfast that helps keep things interesting to the tastes. Always a good chance youll have to wait on a table, but it makes sense once youre seated, enjoying a peaceful breakfast and not wanting to leave. Coffee was nice and earthy More...
This is a rad bar. A little hipster but super friendly staff and decent menu
Good vegan options & delicious food, but on weekends it seems like there's *always* an hour+ wait, and that's stopped me from going multiple times.
Great food, great atmosphere, great service.
This is apparently THE brunch spot in the hood. Food was great and the beer selection was interesting. Service was fantastic and I really enjoyed the music they were playing. I suspect I’ll be back frequently. More...
Good food and great drinks. Customer service is excellent! Popular brunch location although I have only enjoyed dinner there.
Delicious brunch with a variety of options. A tad pricey but worth the quality
Always a favorite! Great food and drinks
Pricey with exciting-sounding food. But was the price really worth it? That's what prevents me from giving this place five stars. For dinner, expect apps to be ~$13 and entrees to be ~$16.The atmosphere was excellent, the service timely and friendly, and I'm very thankful there's a place on Federal Hill that's so veg-friendly. However:The masala poutine app we ordered was a unique idea that could have been done better (like, maybe more cheese?).The Beyond Burger I ordered was very plain - probably to accentuate the taste of the vegan burger patty - and the fries were maybe a little above average. My friends got other dishes (vegan steak roll and king mushroom bowl) that were also "good but not amazing".I'll finish by saying the food was a little underwhelming - very good, just not as good as I thought it would be, based on the descriptions and price. Great beer selection, great food, very helpful staff.
Wonderful neighborhood eatery, especially for brunch. Frequent favorite of mine is the Nova Scotia eggs Benedict, which I get in it's full portion because I have a ten for smoked salmon!
Great and different food.
Great food. Very friendly and helpful service.
Best breakfast. Period. If I only had one day left to live, this would be where I would stop and get breakfast.
Food is fresh and Taste Amazing!
A great neuvo-american menu.
The atmosphere of this place is killer. They play amazing music and the decor just fits so well. The service here is also amazing. The food came out so quick from when we sat down and ordered. Highly Recommend this restaurant. This was our first time here and I'm sure we'll be back again!! More...
A classic. Fantastic brunch. Great vegan selextion.
We enjoyed trying some of the different beer choices. The menu has many healthy, delicious items. The restaurant is close to downtown, so it's becoming a ritual for us to go before a show. The decor is creative and you have to check out the restroom.lol! More...
Muy buena comida
Amazing food. Worth the wait, just grab a bloody Mary or carafe of mimosa. Music is always great and I live for their sweet potato hash.
One of the top brunch destinations in providence. They serve hearty portions and have fun decor.
Always worth the wait, the food is made with so much love ...you can just taste it. I was there with my daughter and the chef shared with us some incredible broth he was making ...and it was wonderful. The creativity is amazing, I really would recommend this place if you want great food. More...
Fun vibe, great staff, "all day" brunch, and tasty t'boot.
Always an awesome yummy breakfast!
My favorite spot in all of providence! Incredible drinks, awesome drinks, superrrr fun atmosphere, best bathroom in America! I love all their vegan options!
I had the "oatebowl" it is great. You should try it asap.
This place was phenomenal. Quirky interior but super neat. Got the egg wrap with the traditional mimosa. There's a bunch of different types of mimosas to pick from. You won't be disappointed. Check out the bathroom too, it's quite interesting. More...
Great food, great drinks, and a uniquely Julian's atmosphere = a must stop for breakfast. I have trouble thinking of enough excuses to come here. Wait is usually long, about an hour, but there is a coffee shop and botanicals shop right down the street which we love to stop in at while we wait. Wait is always, always worth it.Mimosas are a-mimosa-azing and are available in a long list of flavors. They are also very inexpensive especially by the carafe! The food is always a treat. First timers should certainly try the hash (it too is available in a long list of styles). The specials have yet to disappoint the incredibly high standard that I have come to expect from Julian's. I am a creature of habit and tend to always get the same thing but not here! Every entry I try opens my mind up to something brand new, definitly get adventurous here. There are also plenty of Vegan options available (but don't sweat they have meat too, try the chorizo!).It is great especially for a younger crowd with interesting decor everywhere. Epoxy molded tables in the back are more like a free museum while you eat, not that they would stand out with all there is to see here. Even the bathroom features, what I have to believe is, the largest collection of Pez ever assembled. The decor here is simply astounding.Overall a 10/10 breakfast experience every time. More...
I should have taken a picture.
It's a very nice place and great food.
I love it’s food amazing
Excellent food. Excellent service. Love the cocktails. Great vibe overall.
Shakshuka that can't be beat! Plus lots of carafe minosa/cocktail options for group brunch dates
Very artistic wonderful breakfast and dinner.
Very busy very good. Good good and service. Crowded but not a long wait. Different items on the menu
Food and service were excellent!
Cool vibe and pretty good food.
My favorite. Haven't been here in a very long time but its great to be back see if hasn't changed. The best. But just don't go when I go...
Amazing food the French toast is thick #vegetarianfriendly
Great spot to grab a meal before a show at Columbus Theater. Food and drink are excellent. The restroom is a must see!!
The food was excellent and service matched. Busy and crowded but not a long wait
The food and ambiance were great and fun (especially the geeky displays in the restroom) and the mushroom hush puppies were amazing.
Came for brunch during the week (love that they do daily brunch), and it was pretty good but holy smokes be prepared to drop some coin on pretty average food. Giving it four stars because it’s great to have a place like this in the neighborhood and the service was good! More...
Always amazing! Hands down high quality. Plus best bathroom in Providence.
Interesting little spot. My gf and I went on a Sunday night for dinner. We ordered the smoked onion rings, falafel wrap, and the vegan steak and cheese wrap. Everything was delicious! I did have a lot of gas and was very bloated the next day, so I'm thinking it was from the vegan steak and cheese. Cocktails were good. More...
I loved this place. The brunch here is to die for. The Mimosa Pitchers are also to die for. Go and have a great time while getting loose-lipped before 10 am. Yummmmmm
Excellent food and drinks with great specials!!!
Providence classic. Good Food, Good Beer, great service.
Cool hipster spot w a great Bloody Mary and food. Prepare to wait on weekend mornings !
Food was incredible
This restaurant makes good breakfast like tofu scrambled eggs and loaded french toast
So delicious, giant portions!
Love this place! Definitely worth the wait.
Bloody Mary's to die for.
Food was amazing, all the staff was friends and server was pretty quick food did take longer than I’d like but made up for it in taste!
Food was amazing. Service was fantastic. But if you go during lunch time plan on waiting almost 2 hours for a table

Usually at breakfast one cannot get into Julian's... We ate there at lunch I had the Reuben... Sandwich was generous and my understanding is that they corn their own meat... The cut was pulled and long grained it was very flavorful... Definitely be back. More...
Marie Laveau Benedict - so delicious. And baby slept with some great background noise.

Great energy and vegan options
Such a fun place. Super welcoming to our 2 kiddos and our family. Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. We try to get here at least once a month.
You must go here if you are in Providence. There was a long wait on a Sunday morning, but the wait was sooo worth it. clean, rustic spot, with hipster vibes. reminds me of LES, NYC. food was amazing. be sure to check out the bathroom while you're there, too! More...
Very good !
Great date night destination
Although the staff isn't particularly friendly and the food is a tad on the greasier side, this place is great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (especially for vegetarians and vegans). They have a large menu and put their on take on traditional dishes. The atmosphere is very laid back and the drinks are awesome ( and very reasonably priced). I would definitely recommend! More...
Fast service & Flavorful food!
Always worth the wait! Lots of great food choices and vegan options as well!
What a fricking place. Seating is limited, but that is all that is limited. We went there for breakfast and wow. Just wow. Try the hash. It was fresh, and there was a mountain of it. My omelet was fricking huge. Our waiter made sure the coffee cups remained filled. The ambiance is cozy and artistic. There was a ton of stuff on tap. It was worth searching for street parking for. My wife has some food allergies and they were fantastic about making sure everything was right. It took me two meals to finish all the hash they put on my plate. More...

Fabulous food as per usual...and packed for lunch!
Best dishes ever!
Fantastic food, great staff, dope atmosphere!!
Awesome Place went there with my friends to have brunch great atmosphere and quick service will go anytime of the year
I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's great since we only live around the corner from it. My only complaint is I wish they had vegan desserts, when we saw the menu we were so excited to try their dessert but to find out they're menu is not up to date on here but regardless of the the food is awesome, service is good and the bathroom well let's just say it pretty cool lol. I always recommend them to ppl. I hope they're get more vegan desserts but if not we'll still eat here because the food is that good! More...
One of the best spots in Providence for any meal. The breakfast is incredible. All portions are quite sizable and definitely won't leave you hungry. Great rotating draft list as well.
Fave brunch spot

Delicious food, funky atmosphere, great people-watching.
This is a little Hidden Gem in Providence. Always enjoy it and it won't break the bank
The day I went it was packed. But we got a spot by the door. The food is awesome. The French toast are massive. Mimosas were so tasty.
always good quality food. if your going for breakfast prepare to wait.
Great brunch and variety of mimosas
Fantastic food and even better atmosphere, any restaurant that pleasure Ozzy while I eat deserves to be declared 5 star!
Great fresh interesting food wonderful recipes and lots to look at
Julian’s brunches are my favorite, specifically the hashes with two poached eggs—the shakshuka is also incredible—but deliciously spiced potatoes, veggies, meats if I’m feeling it and gooey cheese is what I always want out of breakfast. There’s always a wait on weekends, sometimes over an hour, just know that and your hunger level when going in. They serve brunch all week tho and their dinner service is also tasty (my favorite burger in town, many flavorful vegetarian options). But what I love most is the people and the atmosphere. It’s diverse and weird and there’s rotating art and flyers for music and activism. There are tables full of families, found and otherwise. I was gone from Providence for a year and my first meal back at Julian’s felt like finally coming home. More...
Always great food and beyond fantastic servers (the drinks are well priced and amazing too!!)

Vegan French Toast
Have a great breakfast at Juilans you won't regret it.
By far my favorite place to grab brunch. Atmosphere is very hipster, but there's nothing wrong with that. My go to is the Nova Scotia Eggs Benedict, which never disappoints. Eggs are poached perfectly, and hollandaise has a nice consistency to it. My girlfriend typically orders the French Toast and says it's her favorite because they use Italian Bread which gives it some Oomf. If you're looking for great breakfast/brunch in the Fed Hill area, Julian's is the place. More...
Friendly service on a great street scene. Quirky twists on all meals make it an adventure. Might want to invest in a speed bump for the sidewalk because of ignorant cyclists.
Beer selection is good but was hoping for more local beers on draft. Had brunch and didn't disappoint with added eggs. Staff is friendly and food came out fast.
Fantastic food, very diverse clientele and great service.
Friendly quirky restaurant with an interesting selection of dishes. Good place for brunch. Seems to attract many younger people and college students.
My favorite breakfast in Providence. I highly recommend Julian's
Visited Providence and went for brunch The food was excellent and friendly atmosphere
Julian's has the highest quality menu for brunch in all of Providence. The specialty drinks are top tier. I have no problem calling Julian's my favorite restaurant. The aesthetic is unmatched.

Servers were very friendly and food was delicious.
This place is amazing. Great service and fabulous menu. Loved it!
Scary at first but food is great .. after 15 mins it becomes like home
The brunch was amazing and the portions are more than filling
Went for brunch. Server seemed like she wanted to go back home to bed but the food was great as always. Love all the vegan options. Look up Pizza J also.
Great food, served to order, with a great beer list. Vegan friendly options as well. Plan ahead as parking is street-side and expect a short wait.
Long lines but well worth the wait. Beware a half portion is a full and a full is at least enough for two. Best bloody mary in town!
Good food with interesting twists.
Great place. Huge portions. Went here about 10 yrs ago and on a recent day trip I was happy to go back. The service was excellent and the atmosphere of this place is very cool.

Very creative options, awesome atmosphere and art, vegan and vegetarian options and also creative drinks. Really unique.

I was on a roadtrip with a couple friends through the New England area when we went here on a whim. It was awesome! Friendly staff, amazing food, and a good selection of drinks.
Food was tasty and well spiced. Although some my find it a little funky. The description of what I ordered didn't match my meal though as some ingredients were not present. I want my sausage! (They said it had been reduced in the broth....). Atmosphere is cool kitsch but the techno/synth beat " music" rubbed me a little raw. I would go back again though. More...
Possibly the best place for breakfast, anywhere. Try the blue cheese hash. The eggs Benedict options are unique and the portions are enough for two. Great service but get there early as this place gets bustling! More...
Delicious and fun atmosphere
We were visiting from out of state and found this place within walking distance from our Airbnb. The reviews were good so we decided to grab breakfast. Walking up to the front door we were nervous that there’d be a long wait time because people were lined out the door but we figured that’s a good sign as far as quality of food goes. We only waited about 5-10 minutes before we were seated. The server was upbeat and personable. And through the meal he remained attentive. The whole vibe of the place was friendly, trendy, and authentic. Definitely a hipster atmosphere but without the ‘I was cool before cool was cool’ attitude. The food was outstanding. The eggs must’ve been local or just really great quality. The French toast was superb. The hasbrowns had spice. Everything was really good. Even the coffee you could tell was not just some cheap diner coffee. Great place. We would definitely go back. More...
Usually my wife & I get breakfast for brunch. The drinks are great (strong) but we kept ordering the same food items, a Boursin/shroom hash & she gets monster French toast. The first time we'd been, we loved them and despite giving it a try every time after it was never as good. But holy cow on their lunch options.Seitan steak wrap was fabulous, reminiscent of Garden Grille's seitan Reuben. Very good texture. The onion rings were battered perfectly, no onions in larval juices slapping against your chin - they stay in that flakey crust. The blue cheese dip was out of this world and I had the Kung Fu Neck Tie. Like the Purple Haze, it sneaks up on you. Candy in a glass. Line or not, the place is great. Props to the hostess with the mostess running bar in an orange beanie. She rocked. More...
The atmosphere is trendy. SEVERAL people made sure we had everything we needed. The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The music was a bit loud, so if you have hearing issues, sit next to each other. Still very much worth the trip! This is a favorite! More...

Great food, awesome mimosa variety, eclectic decor.
My favorite restaurant in Providence. Their vegan eggs benedict and vegan waffles are so amazing. Must go whether you're vegan or not (they have options for everyone).
Awesome vegetarian options!
Coffee was great and food was excellent. Next time I’m in the area we will definitely stop for breakfast again.
This place is amazing. Fantastic beer and food menu.
Great eggs Benedict, staff has always been friendly to me, crowded and music is always on way too loud though, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.
Worth the $$!! Quality over quantity.
The best toast ever.. great atmosphere.
We arrived around 6pm on a Sunday. The place was busy, but our wait was minimal. (We were told 15 min, but it was actually 10 min.) The staff was friendly and the food arrived fairly quickly and plenty hot. I ordered the Whimpy Burger medium with a medium egg. The burger arrived medium rare, not quite as I ordered but preferable to overdone. And the egg was really cooked medium. We were pressed for time with theater tickets, so I didn't tell the staff to give them a chance to fix it. But the burger tasted wonderful so I didn't mind it being served less cooked than ordered. My friend had the Dashi Bowl, which was also hot and flavorful.Overall, Julian's had a pleasantly energetic atmosphere, prompt friendly service and good tasting food. I'd definitely dine there again. More...
The food is amazing with friendly wait staff and GREAT mimosas!! I highly recommend this restaurant for a good weekend brunch
Very creative team here. The menu is always exciting and the quality of food is superb.
I like brunch a bunch!!
The Food and the atmostphere are fantastic. I came in for breakfast this morning. I love the names of the food items on the menu too. I had a "Sith Lord" omelette. It was great. The hash brown were fantastic as well. I havent been there for dinner in a few years but the last time I did it was great too. I highly recommend you try this place. Thanks More...
Good food and beer. Can get very crowded, but still a great spot to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Very impressive with the unique creations and attention to detail. Environment is totally chill and easy going and the staff friendly and prompt. Highly recommend this place

Brunch is well worth the long wait.
Worth the wait
Great beer selection
Hip little place with good eats in a cool neighborhood. Will be back next week.
Awesome food and atmosphere

Amazing food and service, as my first impression of providence it has been perfect.
WOW! First time here, hopefully of many. There's a really chill vibe that permeates Julian's: it's a restaurant, art gallery, bar, hangout, etc. The food was PHENOMENAL. I had "Da Buccaneer", which is an omelette with smoked salmon, boursain, capers, and onions. It also comes with delicious home fries and toast. Be sure to try their house made ketchup, too. The coffee is rich and flavorful, too.Take a couple minutes and check out the artwork around the restaurant. Also, *go to the bathroom*! There's a collection of Pez dispensers, Star Wars action figures, and superheroes. Also, a TV showing cartoons! What?! So eclectic! I can't wait to come back here again... More...
This place is a real gem. I've never had a bad bite and I'm somewhat of a regular. Great vegitarian options and fantastic cocktails.
This restaurant is off the charts . Let's just say that it's very busy for a reason. I love the fact the staff is so welcoming. The wait in line is worth the time!!! I went for brunch with the ladies and had the Desperado, oh my, this was to die for! There morning alcoholic beverages are amazing Bloody Mary's and 10 or more different types of mimosas. More...
Busy but really good.
Good beer and music
Amazing food and drinks!
This place actually delivers quality food and great service. Clearly not just a hype!
Got brunch, a half egg Benedict. Very very good and filling, if you're not especially hungry I think the half portion is enough for most people. A little expensive but worth it
Love this place. Awesome found. Always fresh. Great service.
Delicious homemade tempeh!
Small with an interesting menu that accommodates vegetarian and normal diets. Try the pink elephant lambic mix beer they offer! Tried the molasas fried chicken it was very good. And serving size was great. More...
Unlike typical brunch spots, mocktails slightly overpriced, French toast very okay, but shakshuka very very very good, liked the atmosphere
Eclectic place, fantastic (and tasty) food! Reasonably priced, a must stop by place. Loved the owner! Don't forget to visit the bathroom, you're in for a pleasant surprise !
Always really delicious and awesome staff
Love coming here! Food is never a let down and always has creative specials! Staff is fabulous and so is the beer list!
Massive portions, fresh ingredients, great ambiance. Recommend to anybody who likes food. Enough said
My new favorite spot
My husband loves this place since it is vegan and vegetarian friendly and he shares the name.
Ate here once with several friends and had no complaints. Delicious food good service, cozy atmosphere and easy parking.
Amazing food.... their HOMEMADE ketchup bomb ... I mean really , it's what I get to drink with my meal which by the way is all fresh and I mean fresh ingredients... open kitchen. Awesome staff!!! Drinks are out of this world ( literally the only place I'll have a bloody mary from ) the ambience homey and artistic. Very unique from ceiling to floor!!!! Been going there for years NEVER disappointed!!!! And if there's a wait because it's not a huge place... it's Soooooo WORTH the wait! While your waiting have a drink!.... the mimosas fantastic too!!!! I could go on!!!! More...
Great brunch during week even
Trendy and delicious. Omletes are great with home fries.
Amazing as always!
Brunch at Julians is legendary. Great food, and servers are great. Good atmosphere either outside, at a table inside or at the bar for a solo breakfast.
Wonderful breakfast + really honest price + good music + great staff. Amazing place!
Limited staff so service is a little slow.
I love Julian's. Julian's offers a varied menu, which is fantastic when you can't decide what you're "feeling" or you have an eclectic group of eaters. I am a pescatarian (with ambitions of vegetarian) and not only find vegetarian options, but receive thoughtful, delicious veggie-friendly food. You can substitute any meat product with seitan and they have tofu sausage substitutes, too. Their menu changes slightly with dinner and dessert specials written on the board regularly. Recently, we have had the veggie burger, fish sandwich with slaw and spicy sauce, and seitan root vegetables and cabbage plate. None of them disappointed. In the past, I have experienced such treasures as goat cheese mashed potatoes and seitan "pork" buns. For meat eaters, there are options as well. Friends have told me the flavors and cook on the meats are always fantastic.Quality seeps into the other elements of Julian's as well. There is a great selection of unique mixed drinks and more craft beers. The decor is focused on the area, with table tops decorated with silk screens/stamps of local businesses. Menus feature space invader icons and an option to buy a round of drinks for the staff. Lighting is dim, but it works with the mellow feel of the space. There are no televisions, and waitstaff is generally friendly. Though, there is one server and bartender there who really excel. The place gets pretty crowded at dinner time on weekends. I recommend, if you wanted to be seated quickly, to go right at 5pm. When it is so busy, it can also be loud. If you want to avoid this, I would recommend going on week nights or less busy hours. My son took me here for Mother's Day breakfast. They were very busy but still friendly. They made sure while we waited for a table they served us coffee or whatever we wanted to drink. The waitress was very attentive.
Not only is the food amazing but they have a tv in the bathroom. This place goes above and beyond. 5 stars!
Delicious grub, grungy wonderful decor, and friendly faces make you feel at home.
