Where do I begin. We used their service for a bachelorette party (simply because it's easier than always having to call Uber's). Kim helped us so much. We told her what we wanted and she delivered right away. The car was fabulous and clean. Very late review--I was planning my husband's then 30th birthday surprise and Kim was awesome with helping set everything up. Although it took quite some time for Kim to respond to my questions, she did explain the situation she was in and apologized. She really exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond. We were given an upgrade and the decorations inside were amazing--the bottle of champagne was the cherry on top! Kim and John really made it such an amazing experience for us all. I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with JT Limousine this past Saturday 10/6/2018. Kim was very nice & helpful to schedule service on such short notice. She was prompt in responding to me & everything was as promised. To our surprise, we ended up with an even larger limo than expected which was super clean & nicely decorated with bday balloons! John was the driver for my daughter and her friends who helped to celebrate her 18th birthday. He arrived 5 mins early, was patient and expressed interest in the girls enjoying their night. He made a stop so they could take pics & even took really nice ones with his phone which he sent to me the next day. We used JT limousine for our wedding on 9/7/18. We dealt with Kim. She was extremely helpful and professional. She made sure she understood what we wanted for our big day. Our limo was beautiful and affordable! It was the 2016 Escalade.They offered us the best rates! Our driver Carlos was the sweetest and so accommodating. Carlos surprised me with the CD my husband made for me with our favorite songs to set the mood for the wedding! My bridesmaids and I enjoyed our ride listening to the beautiful songs. It was perfect! A few days before my friends and I decided to head down to Atlantic City for my birthday, I decided to look into Limousines for us but was worried at how late I was about it. Not only did JT Limousine call me immediately after my inquiry, but I spoke to Kim about prices and they were more than HALF OFF other companies! I booked a limo for my friends bachelorette party and Kim was super helpful with all the arrangements !! Our driver for the night was J and I really couldn't have asked for a better person! He was really patient and took the time to take pics of us at all our stops, he also waited for us at every stop and texted me if he was moving just in case we needed him. Outstanding service, from the first call. I booked JT limousine for my sister’s 60th birthday celebration. Kim is magnificent, she made me feel at ease knowing that everything will go smoothly and it did indeed. The service was spectacular, the price was great, and she called two day before to give me details and confirmation.
They were on time for pick up, she even kept in touch with me in regards to our return trip, which was also on time.
My sister received a bouquet of flowers from the company and champagne to complete her evening; it was a blissful evening and she enjoyed every minute of it...

To celebrate my 25th birthday my friends and I spent the weekend at a cabin in the woods. I decided to use this company for transportation to and from the cabin. Kim was a pleasure to speak to. A few days before the trip she called to make sure that everything was good to go. On Friday night our driver John was very early which was great. He helped us with all of our luggage (we had a group of 13). The limo was huge, clean, and decorated with balloons for my birthday. The bar was also stocked. The only minor hiccup that we had was when one of my friends almost got left behind. I spoke to Kim about another stop that we would have to make to pick up my friend in Manhattan and I gave the address and everything but I’m not too sure what happened. Once we let John know that we were missing a person, he pulled over by the Washington Bridge and I was able to call a cab for my friend so that he could meet us at the limo. Besides that, everything was great, ride was fun and the party lights were a nice touch. On Sunday afternoon John was there once more to pick us up and take us back home. Once again he helped with loading all of the big bags into the limo. It was a smaller limo on the way back but we all still fit. We made a stop by Lake Superior for pictures and he was very patient about that too. All and all it was an awesome trip. My friends and I had a great time. I must say JT limousine made my daughter's birthday one of the best. After searching on line and as time was running close to her dinner party I had the blessing of Kim of IT limo returning my email 3 days before my daughters event. And after Kim realized I would need a bigger car than she quoted me in the email, she sent a bigger limousine at the same price with time not inside. I booked JT Limousine for my boyfriend's birthday party and was very pleased with the experience. We needed a limo service that was willing to drive a large-ish group (14 people) 2 1/2 hours outside of the city and were initally concerned we wouldn't be able to find anything affordable. Thankfully, JT (and Kim specifically!) gave us a fair and reasonable offer and were flexible regarding our itinerary. On the day of, our driver, Mark, was on time and friendly. I was looking for a limo to rent for my cousin's bachelorette night out and JT limousine responded to a request I made on thumbtack and it was smooth sailing from that point on. Kim, who helped me with coordinating everything was extremely helpful, and responded quickly to all my inquiries! She even allowed me to hitch a ride with the limo to our first destination which was in Stamford, CT. Unheard of right?!? I was so thankful because i didn't have to take the metronorth from grand central anymore!! Yeyy JT Limousine!
