I have to give Giovanna five stars, she has been absolutely amazing through this whole buying process. I am about to close on a brand new build as a first time home owner. Being a new home owner, you need a Realtor to really watch out for you when it comes to practically every aspect of the home buying process. Giovanna did just that, she helped negotiate with the builder to give me the best incentive, she has attended every thing from picking out interior items for the house, to doing the walk through and marking any items needing to be addressed. She even helped me to find the best lender and home owners insurance. Originally she recommended one lender and then when they changed their original quote dramatically, she found me a better lender requiring less down and they gave me a better interest rate. Everything has gone pretty smooth so far and I can’t wait to close on my house in a week. If you didn’t know, Giovanna will give you $1,000 of her commission to go towards your closing. All and all she is the best Realtor I have ever worked with and I HIGHLY recommend her. More...
