What a great place! After a brief conversation with the fantastic server, I was informed of the traditional Chinese menu and I was stoked! I ordered the pork belly with preserved vegetables and the pork belly was great, though I'm not too sure about the preserved vegetables. It has been many years since I ate things like this at my dad's restaurant growing up, but these were unlike any preserved vegetables I'd ever had. I was thinking of some sort of pickling as I was used to, but that's not what I got... and the only thing keeping this from being 5-stars, though everything was still quite tasty, it wasn't as "traditional" as I was used to. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Best Asian food restaurant in the Burgh! We got outstanding service by our server, Nathan, who was personable and knowledgeable. He was able to make perfect wine recommendations and even offered samples of the wines he recommended. He was quick on the refills and even remembered how many refills we had each drank throughout our meal. Astounding work Nathan!!!The food is extremely delicious and was perfectly prepared. I had a dumpling Raman soup with pork and egg... Phenomenal!!! It came out hot, bursting with flavour, they didn't skimp on the dumplings or the egg, and the noodles were cooked to perfection.My wife had the general tso chicken, white meat, strips (not breaded). Just the right amount of kick, full of flavour, steaming hot, and a beautiful color for the sauce. It was a massive portion of chicken for one order and we were both very very pleased with this meal and the restaurant over all.The food variety is also amazing, as you can get appetizers, soup or salads, fried rice dishes, sushi, noodle bowls, classic Chinese platters (gen tso, orange, sesame, etc). We could not have been more pleased with the selection.The facility is very clean (restrooms included!!!) and the decor was appropriate, not gaudy or anything like that. Service was awesome. Appetizers were yummy and I'm not a fan of egg drop soup, but theirs is delicious! Hefty servings of entrees, so you will have some for lunch the next day. We will definitely be back!
