Our wedding cake topper turned out perfectly! I was able to communicate directly with Jessi about what my vision was for our topper and she was able to translate my vision directly into the perfect design. We couldn't be more pleased! This cake topper is amazing! Jessi took our inspiration photo and made it in to something truly special. From the concept sketch to the actual topper, everything was top notch. Our topper arrived in adequate time to be used for our wedding. The topper looks just like the drawing. I was concerned that I hadn’t been specific in my written description of what I wanted the ultimate design to be, but Jessi brought it to life. This will make our wedding day even more special. Our cake topper design was Goku and Princess Serenity from Sailor Moon with Luna and 7 dragon balls. Working with Jessi was very easy and she was fast and responsive. However, our cake topper didn’t make it in tact for our wedding day because while the cake topper was unique and beautiful, the clay is extremely fragile. The topper arrived with one of Serenity’s pigtails broken. On contacting Jessi, she suggested we buy craft glue to repair the clean break and paint to paint any inconsistencies. While we understand that these things can happen, we were surprised at the lack of help considering the toppers are pricy. We’d suggest Jessi either ship more fragile pieces with the glue should a break happen, or advise people who choose these designs of the risks that can happen because of shipping. We’d also suggest sturdier packaging, or putting the box with the cake topper in a larger, insulated one to better protect against potential damage. Unfortunately for Serenity, by the time the wedding day came, both of her pigtails had broken off between when I dropped the topper off at the venue and the day of the wedding. It says something that we didn’t notice at all until we saw detailed shots from our photographer of the topper with the pigtails missing. It would have been nice to have had them be sturdier, but we can’t deny the idea was unique and that it was, for the most part, very nice. More...

We ordered a customized wedding cake topper from Jessi and it is everything and more of what we wanted! Communication via email with Jessi was very timely and she was very helpful in answering any questions that I had. Also, Jessi was very accommodating with our customized order and able to get every detail that we asked to make our cake topper really resemble us and our adorable cats. There was a slight issue with our clay cats and Jessi went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed and exactly what we wanted without having us pay anything extra. I couldn't begin to express how amazing my experience was working with Jessichu Creations for my unique wedding cake topper. I found Jessichu Creations on Pinterest and was glad I did. From start to finish, Jessi made the experience fun, easy and painless. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I was especially appreciative that Jessi sent me a sketch of my topper based on an easy questionnaire I filled out and sent me a photo of it in its completed form before she sent it to me.
