What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
It's all about connection. Connection between the people being photographed but also the connection between the photographer and her/his clients.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Who will we be photographing, ages of children, does anyone need warming up time, are there favorite toys, stuffs, etc. you would like to incorporate into the session, what are your hobbies, favorite colors, do you need inspiration for wardrobe choices for the day.
We have lot's of questions we ask and we are in close contact with the client throughout the entire planning process.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people build their family's legacy. We as photographers have the incredible opportunity to capture the moment and create memories. A photograph remembers the smallest detail long after we would have forgotten.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The speed at which my children grow up and the heartbreaking fact that we do forget the little things that on one given day were so life changingly important. Combine that with a lifelong love for image creation and you have yourself a portrait photographer.
Why should our clients choose you?
We strive to make each portrait session a custom experience. No one family is like another so why should the way we take your portraits be? We spend a lot of time planning for the photo event, making sure we take into consideration our client's hopes and dreams of the session as well as the artwork we create from it.
