I wouod give it 5 stars but it is becoming too mainstream. They facilities/ services are still good but the new customers talk and listen to music loud. Its not that peaceful. Sorry.

A little upset the price went up to $30 but it’s still worth it. I’ve sat in all the dry saunas, which are great!! The females locker room was very clean, which I’m happy about since we can’t wear shoes. I love the fact that the ladies are very helpful to new customers & reacquiring customers time they come in the locker room. The V-Steam is very good & hot. Lol!! The body scrub/massage ladies are not that nice but they get the job done. Which out ways the rudeness to me. The food is good. I’ve slept overnight & it’s so relaxing!! You forget all about everything on the outside of the doors, even time, while you’re inside. Going to treat myself once a month so I can destress myself from my crazy life, jobs & other people drama since it affects my emotions & mood. More...

For a relaxing atmosphere the best time to visit is in the morning during the week...otherwise it can be betty crowded with lots of loud talking and some people even choose to bring small children

Love the place and front desk staff, but something needs to be done about the lady that runs the restaurant. On numerous occasions the way she talked to customers have caused me to think that I am on candid camera. If I buy this place, she will be terminated day 1 no questions asked. More...

Jeju is a affordable Spa. The staff that assist you with your spa needs when you enter are very nice lady's. They appreciate TIPS because they are helpful. Lady's please stop wearing shoes iinto the Spa. There are 2 Large signs that say No Shoes beyond this point. Very few are seeing this sign. I strongly suggest that Jeju owner have the guest escorted to the back and personally insure that them darn Shoes are off and not "Forken" dragging dirt in the Spa. . More...

Definitely the best sauna in the Atlanta area. The main fee includes co-ed/clothed dry saunas, and there is also a separated wet sauna area that includes hot and cold tubs and infrared light therapy lamps. There's a pool, gym, and even sleeping areas since you pay for 24 hour admittance. Finally there are also other services available like massages, body scrub, and foot reflexology, along with a nail/body salon. While these cost extra, you'll definitely find it worth your money to go for the main amenities. More...

Ate a meal at the cafe inside. Food was good but when I asked for some more rice to finish my food they wanted $2 more! For a little bowl of rice! I found that petty and nickle/diming the customer. We already pay a premium to be able to eat in there, you can spare a scoop of rice to finish a meal. Clean and several sana rooms to choose. Costs about 33% more than other spas that have the same basics but maybe not as fancy or as many different room options...The cold pool is seriously cold! More...

Jeju is for Meju . A perfect place to pamper any puppy. This duo of doggers just love the multiple saunas hot, cold, wet and dry. There are gender specific changing rooms and saunas as well. You can lap up the food or take a lap in the nearby pool after waiting 30 minutes. Doesn't seem to be a great place for a kids birthday party, but treat someone you love to a day here. More...

Amazing place! I have been here several times now, and the value and experience is great, for the most part. I come here to relax, meditate, and heal. Since it is a public place, there will always be people who ignore signs that kindly remind them not to have loud conversations. In the communal areas, although there are signs everywhere on all of the rooms that say no phones, Most people are on their phones. It makes it difficult to maintain focus, and I have to work really hard to not be distracted by brightly lit screens in these beautiful rooms with natural elements, phones do not belong! . I will try to start coming outside of peak hours in hope that the atmosphere is more respectful. More...

My friend and I come here at least twice per year, driving 6 hours each way because we love it so much! This visit was so amazing because I was able to enjoy all of the saunas/kilns. I’ve learned over my visits to pace myself meaning that if I feel dizzy or lightheaded to visit the ice room or cool my body temperature and drink lots of fluids, mainly water. I also bring my own mat, a light blanket, and a pillow so that I’m able to feel comfy and enjoy it to the fullest. I stay overnight and time myself. I like to spend at least 30 minutes in each sauna, more if I can handle it, and visit the ice room in between saunas. Then when I visit all of the saunas, I sleep in the quiet room in the women’s locker room. This visit I was able to have a hip bath and I loved it! I felt amazing afterwards and the lady who prepared our bath was so helpful. I also had the basic body scrub and the amount of dead skin that came off of my body was both gross and satisfying. I didn’t want to leave, it was that amazing. I’ve never felt uncomfortable like someone was staring at my body in the locker room or wet room and no one has ever bothered me in the saunas. If anything, the other visitors are so kind and you’re able to meet different people from many different places and walks of life. It is definitely one of a kind. Please visit! You’ll love it! My retreat. I spent over 7 hours here relaxing the other day. This is just an oasis. If you're body shy. Try going during the week in the morning, as there are some opportunities to be fully disrobed. It's emptier then.
