I love Jazzercize! I have MS and this is one program that you can do to the level that you are able to do. The instructors are great, even if you are in a high or low impact class, you can do it to level that works for you. The instructors will show you the different levels so you get the most out of every work-out. The center is bright and clean. Everyone makes you feel welcome. I have been going to Jazzercise three times a week for about 16 months. Have tried many exercise programs before that and never stuck with anything for more than a few weeks. I could never lose more than a few pounds and yo-yo dieted for years. Jazzercise along with eating a little less (not starving) has enabled me to lose 27 pounds and keep it off. Lutz Jazzercise fitness center is one of the best places to go to Jazzercise. Jazzercise is a great exercise program and I love it! I have been Jazzercising for 18 years! Great instructors, flexible hours and lots of classes to choose from. They are always mixing it up with great cardio, strength and muscle toning. The music is always changing and the energy you feel during and after a class is amazing. There is an option for high or low impact so that means anyone can do it. I’ve been Jazzercising since 2002 when I was 21 years old!! 16 years later I’m still dancing! I’ve tried many workouts throughout my life but Jazzercise has always been my consistent go to. It’s so much fun you forget how many calories you are burning until you are sore the next day!
