I would like to Thank David with Jax Party Bus and our driver James. You all was very accommodating in surprising my husband and 2 of his fellow coworkers returning home from being gone 2 months. Our spouses had been flying for 3 days from Diego Garcia to return home, they had been through many time zones and had very tired and glad to be home. Our driver, arrived on time and accommodate for our stop on our way to the airport. He also keep up with our spouses landing and location for us to be able to find them. Our surprise was a success. We used a Party Bus Rental for a group of 8 year olds for a birthday celebration. Â It was great. I met the bus about 5 minutes away from the first destination and was able to put up birthday decorations and balloons everywhere. Â Our driver was Steve and he was very professional and helpful and had a great personality for dealing with adults and kids. Â We had provided all the addresses ahead of time and we had a rolling good time leaving it to him to pick up all of our "celebrity partygoers". We used Jax Party Bus for transportation from our wedding for our wedding party and closest friends. Our venue was an admittedly very tricky and inconvenient one to get to, and we were asking them to go to Amelia Island and drop folks at bars and various hotels. Basically they were totally cool with being at the beck and call of 35 drunk folks for 4 hours. Not only that, but communication leading up to the day of could not have gone better and they absolutely delivered on everything they said they would, to my convenience. I was originally trying to get some sort of huge lifted truck for our getaway car and that just didnt happen. So in what was a last minute detail I called to book a limo. Jax Party Bus and Limo's was friendly professional and I had all my questions answered, even a possible change in time the day before the wedding. My drop off point for my wedding at Jacksonville Zoo was completely unorganized and my driver was EXTREMELY patient, even allowed the bridal party and I hang out in the limo until the zoo coordinator figured things out and he honestly helped my stressful situation turn into a positive one. David exceeded my expectations. It was last minute planning for my son 18th birthday. I some with David, he told me what he had available and the rate ( which was an amazing deal by itself) we were able to get my son along with family and close friends off to celebrate there and back. No parent supervision. Between David and Mark (the other driver) they kept me informed of the everything. I absolutely love everything about this company. We rented a limo from Jax Party Bus for our wedding in St. Augustine. The limo took the bridal party from pictures to the church, and then after the wedding, from the church to the reception venue. The limo was perfect, and the driver was so accommodating. I was not ready to get out of the limo until it was time to walk down the aisle, and the driver took us around St. Augustine a couple times so I wouldn't have to wait and watch all of the guests arrive.
