Food is Excellent! Staff was friendly and service is great. All around good meal and experience. We will definitely be going back!!!
French Fries great. Cheeseburger not - bled out thru bun onto plate - nobody ever checked to see how we were doing until brought check. Got a box to take home and finish cooking & put on another bun. More...
Was there on opening day and it's just been getting better and better. Drinks are a little pricey but the food has been excellent.
Waiter was honestly awful. Messed up orders, incorrect drink prices, and confused tabs and cards. Food was delicious and deals are hard to beat. Hope it was a one time issue.
Good local eatery. Nice selection if local beers and spirits.
Great food. They make their own salami and pickles. Quaint dining space.
Stopped in and had a yummy breakfast and picked up stuff from their deli for lunch! Win win!
The food here is consistently delicious. Love that they have the 5 dollar Burger night & a 3 dollar hot dog night. They have tons of amazing vegan options. They really know how to take care of their vegan customers and I really appreciate that. More...
This restaurant truly hits different, i've had an abundance of things on the menu and they are all really good. And on wednesday there burgers are only 5 dollars. i'm not a food priced but i feel like that's a good deal More...
Poutine and rhubarb pie were delicious. Thank you for the outstanding experience.
Perfect date night. Always.
Wonderful! We had breakfast here on two mornings while staying at the Campbell Hotel. It was exceptional and the staff was friendly and very attentive. All the food is locally sourced and made on-site. I cannot recommend it highly enough. More...
It is a bit pricy but provides wonderful food. One of the best places for a higher end lunch date.
Excellent food! Great service!
Good food, friendly staff, fun game night. The chef even sent us out a complimentary appetizer from the experimental menu. Highly recommended.
Good food, menu is interesting. Mixed drinks... don't bother. But I'd go back for the food
Has some really good stuff in the menu. The vegitarian options are good
Looked good from the start. Good service. My server was amazing. A guy by the name of blaze or something. Dude treated my wife and i like it was our wedding. Great food. Great place
This place has such a wide variety of absolutely delicious meals. I prefer to get a reuben on an everything bagel (the corned beef is so delicious) and the pastrami is smoked to perfection. The pastrami is some of the best, if not the best pastrami you will eat in Tulsa. The house made mustard that goes with it and the house made bread make it a staple of the delicatessen. You really can't go wrong here. All of the meats I have tried are cooked with great care and come out tasting spectacular. I mean have you see. The size of their chicken/pork schnitzel? If you are more of a fan of cold sandwiches the mortadello is some of the best bologna you will eat (I recommend you get it hot, has so much flavor). You really can't go wrong here. Vegan options are very tastey as well and I'm not even a vegan. If you haven't tried Jane's, definitely give it a chance. The food is absolutely amazing. More...
WONDERFUL! We were very surprised with the unique food selections. The Salami Omlet is to DIE for! The coffee was delicious too. We will be back.
Very nice cured meats done in house. Great job on the pastrami!
Great sandwiches! Definitely worth a try!

Excellent Thirsty Thursday hot dogs and matzo ball soup
Pretty good. An eclectic menu. Different.
I've been eating there for at least a year & the food has always been good & consistent.
Great food and service! Irish coffee was excellent!

Horrible service! Waited 1h15min for food and was the wrong order. Not coming back!
Do not come here. We have been coming here ever since they are opened. Today morning we arrived at 12:23 pm. We ordered around 12:35-12:40 pm. I never received my water. We received our food around 1:25 pm. One of us never received anything 1:45 pm after we asked for manager. Manager came and brought the last dish. Once we said that can you box it because we need to leave, he rolled his eyes and left. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. I live their food and been here several times but this was a hard no. If you want to be insulted for no reason, it's your place to come. But you want food? Crappiest places are better than here. More...
The ABSOLUTE worst service I have ever received. We were there for 2.5 hours and the last 40 minutes was telling the waitress what we ordered and waiting for our check. I was so disappointed and had been looking forward to trying this place. The atmosphere is so cute and the food was decent, but I will never come back and would not recommend it to anyone. It took so long to get drinks, our order, and our check. The wait would not have been so bad if we had been checked on or gotten regular service like refills, but we sat for an hour without a coffee refill while waiting on our food. Did I mention they tried to sit our party of 6 with 2 newborns at a 4 top ♀️ More...
I rarely give 1 star, typically 5, but this was certainly, and unfortunately, the exception. Our group of 6 was seated at a 4 top after waiting. Had to ask to be reseated.Once reseated, we waited another 15 minutes before we received coffee/water, which was not refilled unless we flagged the server, who at one point walked by our table 4 straight times without making eye contact with any of our party.Food took about an hour to hit the table after putting our order in, and luckily the flavors were there and the dishes impressed. Conversely, it took our server another 35 minutes to split our checks, after repeating to her multiple times how to split, while she simultaneously juggled personal conversations with her staff members.Long story short, good food was overshadowed by poor, unattentive service. This turned into a 2 1/2 hour visit. More...
So disappointed...........I go to amazing places all the time and although I loved seeing a local business do so well......I was so disappointed. The one thing that was great, the service but....the food was meh and cold. Good luck guys but I won't be back. Really wanted this to work......... More...
This place is great. Their menu items are totally bizarre but INSANELY delicious. I have dreams about the pickle boards. Great treasure in the city of Tulsa. More...

Yum! You have to try the Pickle Board.
A favorite local deli which serves my favorite sandwich (The Chas), fresh local ingredients. Staff are very friendly and attentive. A Route 66 gem.
Thirsty Thursday is perfect! A $1 off drafts and the best hot dog and chips in town for $3. The buns are made fresh. The hot dogs are all beef or vegan. Chips made in house.
Good food, little different stuff than most delis in town. They have a bar too
Veggie cieftele with garlic cream sauce is SO good! And gooseberry pie. Stuff you can't find anywhere else.
I ordered the shakshuka for brunch and it was very delicious!!! The service was amazing and the mimosas were cheap. I would recommend this place to everyone.
It's my new go to brunch spot. Six ladies from my Meet Up group joined me today for fabulous food and mimosas. Everyone was pleased with their dishes, service and the price.i almost don't want anyone else knowing how fabulous this place is so I'm able to get in on a whim More...
Good breakfast! Variety of choice!
welcoming atmosphere, great food, great place for groups or guests
This was my first time at Janes since it was changed from being Maxwells. A lot of times, when a business changes names, that can be the extent of the change, but with this it did feel different. However, it also wasn't like it was a completely new restaurant either. It's hard to explain, but I think they've figured out how to walk that line really well.I was excited to finally try this place out again because I heard that they had some really interesting things on the menu. The one that got my interest the most was poutine. I had poutine once in Canada and wasn't a huge fan, but I've always wanted to give it a second chance (because that's how I roll...) so I was happy to hear that I could get some in Tulsa. I ordered the poutine to share with my dad and we both liked it a lot. The portion is good for sharing with 2-4 people depending on how much you want of course. I was happily surprised with the poutine. The fries were crispy with a hearty flavor. The gravy was excellent and it really made the dish. There was a good enough amount of it too. I would be interested in ordering something else on the menu that included the gravy for that alone! I liked the cheese curds on top but my dad didn't like that part of the dish as much. I'll admit the chunks were pretty big, and I might have enjoyed if they were smaller and spread out more, but I didn't mind the taste or anything. I'm not sure what kind of cheese it was but it reminded me of fresh mozzarella. For my meal I ordered the Chas sandwich in the regular size (as opposed to large). This basically meant half of the sandwich, but I felt like it was plenty, especially after the poutine! I really enjoyed the sandwich. I wasn't sure how the apple butter would be on a sandwich that also included turkey, but I went for it anyway. I'm so glad I did because I thought it was delicious! Weirdly enough, the sweetness of the apple butter went really well with the other more savory ingredients, and it was just the perfect amount to not be overwhelming but to still taste it in there! I'd definitely get the Chas again!!! The sandwich also came with chips and a pickle spear. The pickle wasn't as sour as I like and didn't love the chips. I'm hoping it was a bad day for the chips but they just tasted kind of burnt and almost bitter to me. They just had an odd flavor I can't put my finger on. I'd give them another chance though if I go back, but I'd also be tempted to sub them out for some other side! The service wasn't super attentive. I thought the atmosphere was really cool and it seemed clean and in very good shape. I also thought it was interesting how they had a deli to buy meats and cheeses as well as a place to buy some other stuff like dog treats and trail mix. I think I would come back for lunch instead of dinner next time, just because the menu seems more lunch-y to me! More...
Really want to like this place. Love the idea of a deli style restaurant with house cured meats. They have latkes and pierogis on the menu. Also a variety of topping on poutine. Mostly have lots of deli sandwiches to try. Came in for lunch.Restaurant not a ton different than when it was Maxwells. Clean interior.Friendly service. Ordered the pastrami and added swiss. Here is the rub. There are two options for the sandwich price wise. $13 / $25 (i think). Didn't notice when I ordered - I usually don't honestly pay that much attention. The sandwich arrived with house made chips. it was a half sandwich piled pretty high with pastrami (prob 1/3 lb) The meat was unconventional. Didn't really have a cured texture. Cooked medium rare, very soft consistency. It was very tender, but the meat seemed more like a steak sandwich (m rare). Not sure I liked it. The flavor on the pastrami was very pepper-centric, not a ton of other aromatic spices like coriander present. All this, yet it did have a pronounced and nice smoke flavor. Struck me as being a unconventional smoked brisket more than a cured pastrami. Anyway, probably not my bag but it was obvious there was an attention to quality. Check came and it was $14. I had water and a half sandwich. I think a full (much larger) pastrami with cost you $20 at Katz's in the middle of NYC. Not sure why this bugged me as much as it did, but it just seems a bit out of bounds for the market, like by 50%. Not sure I will be back. Some people may love the approach and not mind the price, just not me. More...
Definitely a must try!
The staff was really friendly and the food was great. In fact, my sandwich was one of the best I've had, and definitely the best bologna sandwich I've ever had. The perogies were also really good. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the women's restroom smelled really bad--despite the fact that it looked really clean--and it kind of soured my experience. I would definitely go back, but I really hope they deal with the bathroom. More...
This place is so good and has so much to offer! Please go check these guys out. Poutine, pickled in-house goodies, amazing sandwiches! Very unique!
Went for Brunch and the food was fantastic. The entire table ordered different items and they all stood out. The Sir William Noe Breakfast sandwich was awesome great mix of sweet and savory. The cinnamon roll was perfect for everyone to share. Great experience will be back next time I'm back in Tulsa. More...
Great place with a relaxed atmosphere and top quality, house- made food. Tiger make their own meats like pastrami and corned beef, as well as having their green bread and pickling everything from cukes to peaches. Also terrific cheeseburgers that are the perfect size for lunch. Small but strong beer selection. More...

Great delicious food....I will go back
Third time here. Wonderful, friendly servers and SCRUMPTIOUS food! I may have to move to this area so I can cross the street and eat at Jane's everyday. It's like grandma's food with a gourmet twist. Today I had pastrami (not the deli kind, the real slow-cooked with tender loving care kind) with poached eggs, harissa sauce on top! OMG Here is a pic. This place is legit and I keep coming back. Check out their instagram and you will salivate! More...

Great food, drinks and atmosphere. The pickle platter is not to be missed. If you've never had pickled peaches be prepared to be blown away. It saddens me to write this review because I've been following Jane's on Instagram for a while and was really excited to try it. I'll be honest: the breakfast didn't do much of anything for myself or my husband. BUT. I totally realize that breakfast isn't really Jane's "bread and butter", so to speak, because the brunch/lunch and dinner options always look fantastic. That said, husband got biscuits and gravy and added an egg on top. I watched him as he tried it and could tell right away he wasn't thrilled. He said that the gravy tasted like the store-bought powdered gravy packets and that his biscuit was hard as a rock. Yikes, bummer. I ordered a veggie omelet. I ate it happily, but it reminded me of something I often throw together myself at home when I'm in a hurry- not bad, but nothing special either. The house made jam was great on my wheat toast, though! All of that said, I'm for sure going to give Jane's another shot...maybe just later in the day. More...

I have brunched here several times and while I've never been given napkins I have always immensely enjoyed my meal. Last night I brought my dad here after a round of golf, and after discovering their $5 burger deal in the Tulsa World article, WOW. Servers were so so friendly and made a fantastic dessert suggestion, also gave my dad all the house-made pickle deets his heart desired. At the end of our meal the owner came and introduced himself to my dad and we left raving about our dining experience. Will be back here very soon and very often! More...
Bread was two hard to eat on sandwiches and too expensive for what you got. We won't be back!!!

Had the Reuben. 24 dollars. Trenchers is a thousand times better. I expected a lot more from here.
I ordered the Chas. A delicious sandwich. The flavor combo is spot on. Their chips and fries are also amazing. I love eating here. The music and space is very welcoming and, dare I say, hip. The servers are really nice More...
To be fair, let me preface my review with, it's a new establishment that has wrinkles they're ironing out. I feel that when I go back it'll be a much smoother experience. And, at that time I'll update this and rate accordingly. Until then, here is my experience. The short: The staff was courteous, but not very experienced. The food was good, but the portion sizes of the sandwiches are either large or massive. I don't understand why they don't offer a smaller option...the regular is equal to a double meat anywhere else and for kids or patrons like my mom, it's just too much to handle. She wasn't able to eat more than a couple bites because it was just too big. Take a couple dollars off and offer a "skinny" or "lite" version and just halve the ingredients. It's not rocket science. The long: Took my mom here for lunch, we were seated promptly and told our waiter would be with us shortly. This didn't happen. Full transparency here, although they weren't busy, there was a perfect storm of sorts...a large family special ordering their food, wait for it, BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS TOO BIG FOR THE KIDS! And something about a weird coupon from another table and we found out later he was new and inexperienced. Even with that, I don't admonish them of fault. After realizing we were forgotten, I had to flag someone down...we didn't even have drinks yet. Yeah, that other stuff was happening, but at the same time, other waiters we're just standing around, they weren't busy and it was obvious there was a booth that hadn't been helped, at all. Small establishment like this, a few seconds to cross over and just ask if we had been helped. Ball dropped.Fortunately, I waved down Kim, and she was all over it from that point on. Answering questions, offering recommendations, and just being a joy overall. We ordered the poutine as an appetizer, and it was great! A word of warning though, the gravy is rich. If you have a sensitive palate or stomach, you'll enjoy it, but only for a couple bites. And even if you don't, it still gets overbearing. Don't get me wrong, I truly enjoyed it, I just hit a wall with it. My mom got the reuben w/chips and I got the Sosa Sammy w/fries. My mom said she liked the reuben, but since she only had a couple of bites due to the size, I don't know she wasn't just saying that. The chips were good, I stole one, even better with some ranch to dip it in. The Sosa was great, and of course, the fries were great as well. And finally, due to getting change from one waiter, Kim was under the impression we had paid, so our trip ended as it began, me getting her attention. It wasn't a horrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement. Poutine was incredible! This was with pastrami, bacon and corned beef added! Also best Reuben sandwich I've ever had!
Delicious food, excellent service.. I will be back!
Nice little spot and the service was great. Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the poutine there. The gravy had a flavor to it that I just didn't care for.

Amazing food! We live 45 minutes away, but made a special effort to go by and try it out. We were not disappointed...I can't name one other place where you can get food like that! I ❤ pickles
Delicious food and excellent service. Great location, too! I'd love to go back for breakfast/brunch. The fresh pickles on the burger are a great addition, and my friend ordered something with pickled peaches that were also amazing.
Great place too eat atmosphere amazing....drinks on Top! Service amazing...
I've heard that this place is hit or miss, but I had a great experience. The corned beef latke was seriously one of the best meals I've ever had. The latke was super flavorful and perfectly cooked. Our server was very attentive. She did forget one of the things my friend requested, but she did request several substitutions, so I thought the server did pretty well. I tried my friend's biscuit and didn't love it. It was pretty dense. I look forward to going back to try some other stuff. I'm glad they repurposed that historic building into some cool stuff. Love this place. The service is great but what I really enjoy is how they handmake everything down to the pickles.
Delicious food! Did not expect to find this little gem.
Jane's is great. Nice atmosphere and wonderful food. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I recommend it highly! Take your friends and have a wonderful time.

I walked into Jane's Delicatessen in Tulsa, and I had to shake off a flash of images from the lunch counter at Woolworth’s in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1960. An iron sign told us to "Please wait to be seated," so we stood. Awkwardly we waited for several minutes. Finally, a girl from the bar shrilled, "Y'all can seat yourselves." Mind you, the place wasn't busy. Peculiarly, not three minutes after we settled in on the blue leather benches, a white female patron walked in and the same girl that directed us to help ourselves to a table, walked right up to her next customer and asked, "How many?" then walked this lady to her seat, graciously handing her a menu. At this point, my mother and I, both of us African American, still had no menus and no beverage. The entire dining experience was wretched, both entree items mom and I selected from the menu weren't available, the wait for our food was impossibly long, and we were served with an un-smiling face by the same girl who yelped at us from the bar. I did like my second-choice entree, vegan Reuben, but the lazy customer service was so bad, I won't go back. More...
Wonderful food. What a hidden treasure. Would highly recommend.
Great food. Fun atmosphere
Jane's is great if you are looking for foods you don't see on every menu around town...schnitzel, poutine, pierogis. The poutine was delicious. We also enjoyed the kids grilled cheese and the Okie burger! The pierogis were not my favorite. I loved the outside, but the filling left me wanting more flavor. More...

Jane's has a unique menu that may not be for everybody, but you'll never find anywhere else. The Lamb Shank was amazing and the pickle board, an appetizer of all kinds of pickled veggies, fruits and peppers was a fantastic experience. Try it at least once, and you may become a regular. More...
Good ambience, adequate service, high prices, small portions, bland food.
I’ve spoken with the management and they were super nice and answered most of my concerns. I do want to make it clear, the food was good. That wasn’t the problem. Turns out I’m just not the target demographic for this place and that’s fine.I’ve changed my review score to only rank the quality of the food. I’m letting go of the price of the food as a factor. Previous score was 2 stars. Below is the original review. ——————I wasn’t impressed at all. The menu seemed over priced. Had breakfast and the coffee was $4. There is a legit specialty coffee spot 2 blocks away that has better and cheaper coffee. The food was good but it wasn’t worth the price. Our bill was $20 for two small sandwiches and coffee. Sandwiches served on a bread plate as well. Cramped space. I essentially had one egg, toast, and sausage for $6. Plus the $4 coffee. There are dozens of other places that give you more value and just as good if not better food. More...

Was pumped about trying Jane's out as we heard good things about it. We showed up for brunch on a Sunday and it was fairly busy so we sat at the bar, ordered a beer and a cocktail along with food. Drinks arrived promptly. Then the wait for the food, 45 min. or more still no food and we started to look around and were starving. Bartender notices and said "oh I'm sorry I forgot to enter your order" the two drinks are on the house. At that point we said see you later and left very disappointed and hungry. We won't be back. Everything was amazing. It's an open concept I can get a little loud to me at school love the retro feel with contemporary food. I've been to Jane's a few times with different people in order to different things each time. The only thing labeled vegan on the breakfast menu is the shakshuka. So the selections aren't many but the shakshuka is delicious. Brunch was so dang good! Also felt very welcomed by Harper & Jack
This is my favorite restaurant. The food.. the staff!! The best of the best. Go eat at Jane’s.
Living on the opposite side of Tulsa has its flaws because I could eat here all. the. time. We tried to tour the menu as much as our stomachs could handle. We had regular poutine, without any of the additions, and it was the most flavorful I've had in town! The cinnamon roll was our finisher. Between 3 people I think we only took down a fourth of it. It's very spacious inside with plenty of tables, we didn't have a wait at all. There was a cozy farmhouse, yet contemporary vibe. Can't wait to return! More...
This place. Don't even get me started. I've tried this place multiple times and I've so badly wanted to love it, but they somehow screw up my order every time. Great, unusual menu. Good attitude & atmosphere.
Entrees were underwhelming for dinner service, might give it one more try for lunch. Sandwiches seem more like the specialty, but the Hungarian beef tips were pretty bad.

Delicious food and great service!
The meal was good but the service was not. Full place with only 2 waiters.

great atmosphere and friendly staff!
Pretty cute spot in Tulsa near TU. The atmosphere is spot on, clean farmhouse meets modern feel. The drinks we ordered (Irish coffee and mimosa) came out quickly and were good. But not too busy when we came in for Saturday morning brunch. My guy ordered the baked Mac and cheese and that was really good. Came with chunks of cheese curds that were Delish. I ordered two eggs and bacon. My eggs were good but also very buttery to the point that it left a lot of butter on my plate. I love butter but could enjoy them with less butter. Same for the latka, just way to greasy for me but it was fried so that explains it. I would definitely come back and try their lunch options and dinner options. Overall very positive experience More...
Advertised New Years brunch. Two people working. Terrible service. Don't do it. Save yourself... I already ordered, God help me.

Just had brunch here with the family. IF I were a Tulsa resident this would be a weekly stop for me. Cinnamon rolls as big as your head ..and delicious to boot. See my only pic. House made pastrami in an omelet, only complaint, wanted more of the wonderful stuff mixed with those fluffy eggs. Ordered a turkey sandwich for my grandson, had to give it a taste, made with some awesome smoked turkey also done in house. I could have ate off the kids menu for that sandwich. My son had the Monte Christo, also a winner, great breading with a tasty jam over the top.Wife and mother in law had biscuits and gravy that received high marks as well.Full bar, mimosas, and the usual fare. Will have to come back next time I'm in town. Best restaurant in Tulsa. Great food, great service, awesome atmosphere!
Great sandwiches every time. Everything is fresh and awesome! If you haven’t been Go Now!
Had a great meal. Love this place.
One of my new favorite places All your favorites with interesting twists Calm and relaxed atmosphere So good
Amazing menu. Can’t wait to get back and try more items.
Tasty salami sandwich with hearty matzo ball soup. Great salad too.
Ok while heading to the airport we decided to grab some lunch here. We ordered the Chaz, the chicken salad sandwich, and the Mac and cheese. We were asked if we wanted the regular or large size of sandwiches, ordered the regular which would indicate that it was a REGULAR sized sandwich, but that gave us half of a sandwich, funky but ok. Half of a regular sandwich loaf bread not sub sandwich bread. The half “regular “ sandwiches were good however, the Mac and cheese was terrible. For those who know good Mac and cheese you know the cheese is smooth and velvety, this cheese was gritty and no where resembled Mac and cheese. Sent it back. We then proceeded to ordered a slice of cheesecake with a brownie crust. Our waiter, bless his heart sweet kid, told us the crust may be hard because it was a brownie. Hmm.... suspicious. Yup! Hard. As. A. Rock. Not sure what else to say. The half sandwiches were good, the chips and fries were good, the waiter was good.. the hot tea was no good the Mac and cheese was really no good and the brownie crust was so over cooked it wasn’t a brownie any longer sadly to say. Didn’t bother taking a picture of Mac and cheese, but I should have. It looked more like macaroni salad:(Yes! Thank you for your response!! Indeed! The sandwich was piled high and very good!! Good luck to you guys, and thanks again for the response! More...
Good brunch spot. Great meats! A bit overpriced.
Great food great price great people
Been three times and impressed with service, menu, desserts and ambience each time!!
Food is good with one exception- latkes were way, way over cooked. Lesson learned- Don't sit near the door. Every time someone comes in you get blasted by cold air. And don't order the hot buttered rum- $10 for a tiny tea cup serving. I'll go back. But I now know a couple of things to avoid. More...
Went here for breakfast. Standard and limited menu BUT pretty tasty. We had the biscuits and gravy (huge portion) and the Two Eggs and Meat (bacon). The latter came with your choice of toast (I chose sourdough), raspberry jam, a latke, and chive sour cream. I loved the latke and the eggs (scrambled) were pretty perfect. Coffee was delicious and unlimited pours. I like the new interior (from the old Maxwell's). Very clean and streamlined.Jane's was decked out in the holiday spirit! More...
The menu is fantastic and the food is great. Cool people too!
Best pastrami sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Pierogis on the side was a perfect pairing for me. Thanks Jane’s!
Poutine, I love coming here for Poutine.
We ordered a traditional smoked turkey for the main course of our potluck bring in at work and accidentally got a spatchcocked bird. Dane called to let me know what happened before pickup, which was just fine, as the turkey was not expected to be photogenic. The meat was fabulous. Spicy rub and very juicy. I actually ate the leftover white meat the next day, which is saying a lot for the quality of preparation. Great job! More...
Went for thanksgiving brunch. We had a pickle board for the table- a variety of house made pickled vegetables and fruits (blueberries). Between us we also sampled an omelet with latke, poutine, eggs+toast+latke, Monte cristo , and veggie burger. Everyone was delighted with their food. The homemade bread was phenomenal. Service and hipster atmosphere were also terrific. Note that although this is a deli, they have some strong vegetarian options too. More...
William Noe ham sandwich, poutine, stuffed peppers, gooseberry pie, sausages & kraut, house made pickled foods, it's all fantastic!!
The elevated plates are better than I imagined! Everyone has got to try this!
Great food and drinks at a great price!!!!

Great ambience and mixology. Flat screens with a game always on and a food menu comparable to someplace on the coast. Not sure about the bartenders name but he did an exquisite job detailing items on the menu and he was right. The sardines and crackers are the most underappreciated item on the menu. The omnipresence of Jane the Longhorn(how does that work?) hovering the bar is captivating. What does she use on her hair? More...
Great food and service!
Awesome neighborhood haunt with eclectic food.
With a very chill atmosphere, seasonal food that is tastier and more upscale than the location implies, and a great selection of liquor and craft beer, Jane's is a fantastic place to go for a meal or a drink.
Fantastic food that you don't normally find in Tulsa. The pastrami is amazing especially added to poutine. The latkes and pirogies are incredible, too. If you like Jewish deli favorites this is the place for you. More...
Great feel, I love the pressed tin ceiling, lovely Barback, Poutine in Tulsa, and fantastic pickles.
Great old-school delicatessen feel, delicious weekend brunch, and several great vegetarian and vegan options.

Probably one of the best restaurants in Midtown Tulsa if you are looking for deli style food and a unique menu!
This is a great place. The atmosphere is very open and relaxing with plenty of room to have a nice meal. The food was excellent a very big portion for the price you pay. The staff was very friendly and prompt in getting the order. Stop in for a nice breakfast or brunch and enjoy thier great food. More...
Amazing! Won’t find a better place to brunch!
Poutine, the Canadian Delight! That delicious delicacy from our neighbors to the north that's as decadent as its name is ridiculous. It's fun to say. Poutine. Poutine. Poutine. Well they've got Poutine at Jane's and it's magnificent. For those of y'all that don't know, Poutine is traditionally a big plate of French Fries topped with cheese curds and smothered in brown gravy. I wouldn't really call them cheese fries though because the cheese curds don't really melt. So at Jane's you've got a lot of great options. If you don't want brown gravy (I'm personally not a fan), you can go with white gravy or béchamel which is a creamy sauce that doesn't have stock in it. To cap it off, you've got a bunch of topping choices you can add. There are meat options like pastrami and corned beef. Veggie options like onions, peppers and mushrooms. Then a must have: a fried egg (which you'll want to get with a runny yolk of course). You've come this far, might as well go all the way. Don't turn back now. I personally do béchamel sauce, peppers, onions and an egg over easy. At least I do now. I'm probably going to limit myself to getting this just once a quarter. It's a lofty goal that won't be easy. Other options are a variety of sandwiches and comfort dishes. It's really nice that they have some veggie options not available anywhere else in town. The veggie Reuben made with Jackfruit is awesome, just make sure you've got a knife and fork handy because it's piled high. Friends I've brought here have raved about the meats, which they smoke in house. The pastrami looked especially good. They call it a deli, mostly because they have some counter sales for meat and house baked bread, but they have a full bar and make some great cocktails. The bar itself is beautiful and looks like a great place to sit. I'd say the atmosphere is geared more towards a friendly dinner with friends or family, but could work for a casual date (especially if you sat at the bar). There's plenty of parking behind the restaurant. Very much recommend it here, come check it out. Very different than anything else in Tulsa. More...
This is one of my favorite brunch places in Tulsa. The Apple butter is so yummy and there are a lot of choices for breakfast, all very hearty and full. The cinnamon rolls are absolutely massive. I went for dessert and the atmosphere was even cuter than it is during daylight, our server was a really nice and attentive guy. The options for dessert were very trendy/hipsteresque in my opinion. Goat cheese icing, rhubarb pie, honey fig cake. The pecan pie had wonderful reviews from my table and I'm sure the other desserts do as well, it's just helpful to know that's what you're getting into!!! More...
Cool, vintage, modern decor. Food is off the chain good. Simple ingredients, excellent execution. A must dining experience on the mother road.
It was delicious! Had friendly waiters, and made sure we were taken care of. I had the American Dunk sandwich and I loved it!
Our favorite place in Tulsa these days! Get the Orange Julius to drink. Plus they have the best jams playing and free parking. Super close to downtown and perfect place before a concert etc. More...
Good drinks, good food, decent location but overpriced. The waitstaff was very friendly and personable.
A true New York deli. Home made chips are excellent . Extensive menu . Soups. Sandwiches, entrees. Carry out and catering. Assortment of desserts. Everything is made fresh. The decor and location are classic Route 66. Connected to hotel. Worth the stay. More...

The food is delicious, the service is slow....wait staff is friendly.
Always delicious food and friendly staff who genuinely seem to care about our experience.
Jane's got one of the best sandwiches in Tulsa. No lack of meat at this place and good stiff drinks.
best sandwich in town! Harper was a great experience guide!
Awesome food, great atmosphere, good times!
I love the ambiance of this place! We tried the Chaz sandwich, the smoked turkey sandwich, and the kids pasta. The flavor combo on the Chaz is really phenomenal. The smoked turkey was good, but it needed more pesto and thicker bread slices so they won't disintegrate. The creamy pasta sauce was sooooo good. Oh, and get the aperol spritz, obvs. Definitely a must-visit in Tulsa. More...
MmmmWe enjoy the creative menu and in house cured meats
Our waiter thought sausage was vegetarian. And the food was average at best

I finally got to Jane's tonight and if I may say so, they are definitely doing the deli thing right. Scratch cooking, baking, meat curing, and everything is on point. Bonus for having a super nice service team, and being incredibly clean. I'll be back. And I'll probably dream about the amazing sandwich and Mac and cheese I ate. More...

Very unusual and tasty dishes. Try the pickled avocado and white fish appetizer. Surprisingly delicious!

Love coming in for breakfast and love the $5 burger night on Wednesday’s! I’ll see you all this week! BUCK loves it too and that you all are helping revitalize Route 66! ♥️
Went on a Friday night with a friend. The space is beautiful; lots of natural light and an open, clean look. The Poutine was good, but it had a lot of gravy which made the fries soggy. Overall, good flavor.Ordered the veggie burger (made with chickpeas and beets!) and it was fantastic! THE BEST veggie burger I've ever had. I was so pleased to have an option that wasn't a southwest/blackbean burger because in locally, that's usually what they're made of. Ordered a cookie to go and it was so tasty! Lots of brown sugar and buttery goodness. We'll be back! More...
Brunch had great food and great service!
The biscuits and gravy- bland thin gravy, hard dry biscuit. Scrambled eggs- over cooked, dry. Flavorless. Latke- burnt to a crisp. Meh. Would not go again.
What an amazing place. Wonderful food and excellently crafted cocktails.
Get the sardines. get the Lox. get the Reuben. Get their cheap draft beer. Then take a nap. The best.
Love Janes! Awesome menu with great prices. Wonderful drinks and fun specials!

Saturday, mid breakfast: Staff was Not knowledgeable of the menu basics, slow, and barely attentive. Food was over priced for the quality, environment was bland. Latkes, Moe like not-kes..... if mashed potatoes fried in the same oil as French fries is latkes, apparently everyone on the East Coast is wrong. The coffee was good.....so there’s that. More...
Good food, great atmosphere, beautiful space, friendly staff
Service was exceptionally slow and by the time my sandwich got out the bread was soggy like it had been sitting in the back.
We have heard great things about this place with regards to the food and although it does rise to that occasion, it gives it all up in customer service. If Management is reading this please understand that customer service will break or make even the greatest products. You can put your heart and soul into the food but unless you back it up with customer service you have nothing. My wife and I walked in at 10:40 AM and waited about 3 minutes to be seated even though there was no one else waiting. The restaurant was not at full capacity and there were 2 seats at the bar. After waiting to be seated we asked to go to the bar. After we got seated we waited over 10 minutes to be asked or served any drinks. However, the staff had no sense of urgency. Mind you I come from a service background in business so I completely understand if you are overwhelmed; however, I quickly came to the conclusion that the staff had no sense of urgency and was disorganized when it comes to duties. Short staffed is one thing, but to be unresponsive and lackadaisical is another. This was not busy, and any seasoned bartender or server would have been managing just fine. After finally getting our drinks 20 minutes after arrival we finally order our food. I realized this was a mistake and we should have walked out prior to ordering but we figured let’s give it a chance. I ordered soup and salad and my wife order a sandwich. Would you believe that it took 45 minutes. What the hell, Janes? Seriously!? Soup and salad and a sandwich?! This is a complete lack of management and organization. Again, the food was good but not great and if you don’t get your customer service right, you will not make it. I have read the reviews and watched the body language of other patrons while seated and you can clearly tell the discontent and unhappiness of others with the performance. You may be able to serve when it’s slow but the true measure of a competent business is how they react during the times it’s slammed and your back is against the wall. I want to see you succeed but you have to make change now. Sincerely,Truly concerned entrepreneur. More...
This place is awesome!!!!
Great food. Great staff. Will be back!
Love this place! Food is delicious and service is great.
We loved talking to owner, Dane, and had a wonderful meal! Service was knowledgable and attentive. Poutine with pastrami (add jalapenos) for the win!
The food is great and it gets better every time. I was worried that it would be like Maxwell's, but the staff at Jane's take pride in the food and service provided. Do yourself a favor and visit a couple times because it is all good. More...
It feels like the place isn't quite all there. The wait staff seemed frazzled and had trouble communicating. There is a lot of open space that seems underutilized. That being said, the food is amazing. The biscuits and gravy were superb and the coffee was a great complement to everything. I look forward to visiting them again, and even if there are front of house issues, the kitchen delivers. More...
A fantastic addition to the Tulsa deli scene. Their dishes are from what you would find in large cities back east, pierogies, schnitzel, etc.Good food, good coffee, generous portions, and wifi. I will be returning often. More...
Just finished lunch there an hour ago. First, the good part: our server, a nice young man was very nice and attentive. That's the good part. Now on to the rest of the experience. My wife had the meat loaf and I had something called Vashnika. It was pasta with a ground meat and tomato sauce and vegetables. Both entrees were bland and expensive. The fries accompanying the meatloaf were undercooked. I also had the matzo ball/chicken soup - the matzo ball was tough and small and there wasn't enough broth for a $6 bowl of soup. Overall a disappointing experience! Hopefully, breakfast is better.I like the response I received from Jane's management. I'd be willing to give them another try. More...
Go for the deli sandwiches, pickles, homemade chips, and the blintzes! The atmosphere is great, service attentive and warm, and food worth staying for. I’m looking forward to trying Jane’s again to explore more of the menu. More...
Took my five adult girls there for brunch yesterday and we all loved it. I was delighted to have latkes, which I hadn't experienced since a child. Someone ordered a sweet roll that could be shared by all. We had quite a mix of orders, quiche, omelets, biscuits and gravy. It was all delicious, even the coffee! Environment is fun and bathroom was immaculately clean. Highly recommend! More...

Smoked Turkey sandwich, YUM!!
Just left Jane's for lunch and this place is fantastic! Chicken schnitzel BLT with housemade pickled green tomatoes. Perfect. Ate my friends housemade pickle and it was vinegar awesomeness. Will absolutely return for dinner (chicken and pierogis!). Service was terrific, he even brought drinks to go without asking! More...
Great food and drinks. I highly recommend brunch here. Anything with the red pepper sauce is great. Also try the amazing mac and cheese side.
The poutine was delicious!
Expensive, but tasty homemade cooking. Brunch place.
Our server was inattentive. The omelet was very bland. I found myself strategically timing taking bites of the sausage, which tasted like something I could make at home, so that I could get some flavor in between bites of egg. The staff was a little blah and didn’t seem to care much about providing a good experience. This place is a cool concept in a part of town that needs it and wants it. But you have to step up that food game and get your staff to be a little more professional. I also had the American Dunk last time I was there and it was pretty dry. More...
Best Reuben in town.
I’ll start with the positives, the decor is nice. Unfortunately, everything that follows is negative. My girlfriend and I got there at around 6pm and were seated Immediately. A few minutes later a guy brought us a couple of waters and told us our server would be with us shortly. At least 20 minutes later we still hadn’t been helped. The hostess noticed that we were still waiting and came over to ask if we had been helped. We told her that we had not. She told us she would get the owner and let our server know. Less than a minute later a guy walked up and said “what would you like to eat?” We ordered and he walked away. His tone was very short and he seemed put out by taking our order. About 20 minutes later a different guy dropped off our burgers. We thought the food was bland. The only thing we could taste was the honey glazed bun and the pickles, which made for a strange combo. We finished our food and waited, yet another 20 minutes for someone to come back to the table, but to no avail. Eventually we took our card out and placed it at the end of the table, but still no server. We finally flagged someone down and a few minutes later a new guy came up, took our card, and dropped off the slip without a word. At no point did anyone ask us how our experience was or thank us for coming in. We never figured out who our server was. Everyone we interacted with seemed mad. We left feeling really bummed out. And we still left a tip because after working in the service industry for 7 years it never feels right to stiff a server. We will not be going back. More...

This place is one of my go-to breakfast spots. Their breakfast food is awesome, especially their omelettes and sandwiches. I recently tried their biscuit sandwich, where instead of regular bread they use biscuits, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, their sausage patties are crispy on the outside, which is a good change in texture from regular patties. The price is very reasonable for a place of this quality, about $10 - $15 per meal. In addition to their delicious food, the songs they play and the decor of the place is great! Never had a problem with their service either. Hope you enjoy this place. More...
Amazing food and cute place!
Awesome bright and open space, great service as well. We had a large group and all shared. Started with peirogis, poutine and stuffed peppers. All excellent, the kids especially loved the poutine. Cocktails, beer and wine selection was well thought out. I had the celery Tom Collins, which was the right balance of sweet and sour and the celery aspect was interesting and delicious. I had the pork schnitzel, which was cooked perfectly and had great breading but not too greasy. I also sampled the pastrami on rye, which gave me instant order envy. The pastrami is outstanding, maybe the best I’ve ever had. I also sampled the burger which was similar to an onion burger, with slightly less onions and a killer bun. We also grabbed a couple desserts to go that hit the spot a couple hours later. Overall everyone left happy and well fed. Will return whenever I’m in Tulsa. More...
Do not go here if you are vegan. Despite having communicated with this place before deciding to go, and being assured that they could accommodate v3g@ns, they cannot. The chef working corrected the person who had previously communicated to us, mistakenly, that we could order v3g@n food. So, what we ended up with tasted like it was missing any kind of flavour, as one would expect when ordering a menu item not meant to be made v3g@n. The wife tried to order the "v3g@n" burger and fries. We were informed that the only bread they had that was v3g@n was sammich bread and that the fries were not v3g@n at all. So she had fruit and a decent v3g@n burger patty. I tried to get the v3g@n kasha varnishka [sic] and was told that many of the parts that make this up are not v3g@n, and the entree that came out ended up tasting mostly like the inside of my mouth. So, we basically got a hodgepodge of bits & pieces borrowed from other menu items cobbled together to make v3g@n entrees for which I'd be embarrassed to charge American dollars. It all ended up tasting like the parts that were not prepared at all in house. Like we got the parts from a can, bag, sack, etc. It is fine not to have v3g@n food for us. That is a choice one makes as a restaurateur. But having made that choice, just let one know that the restaurant has chosen not to accommodate v3g@ns rather than serve items that end up tasting like they come from Costco. All of that said, the service was very nice and helpful. If this place had any kind of v3g@n game, I'd definitely be a regular. More...
Atmosphere is wonderful. Food was really good. Service was not so great.
It wasn't bad, but it was by no means delicious. We tried the poutine, the fries were great, but the gravy was absolutely horrible. It's supposed to be brown gravy, but it was super thick white gravy with a subtle hint of beef or something. Won't be knocking down any doors to come back here. More...
Two stars because I know they can do better. Saturday morning breakfast service and they had no pancakes, the waffle machine was broken, low on OJ and no chocolate milk. Seems like poor planning or low cash flow or both. Hope they get it fixed soon. More...

Nice lunch place, smoked turkey was great!
Love the food (can not say this enough) and vibe and location of Jane's. Excited about frequenting Jane's for years. Very friendly staff, WONDERFUL food, and great atmosphere. If i had any complaint, the third time we went for breakfast, they had paired back the options for breakfast. This might be a necessary move for them, but a little disappointing. None the less, I love this place and SO happy to have it in the neighborhood. More...
7/12/2018Came here on date night with my favorite girl. We like to try new local places and had passed by Jane's a few times. Our first impression upon walking in was a great environment with an open feel and lots of natural light. Although, the ceiling is failed the sound was still minimal which made for easy conversation. We were great like regulars by multiple staff members and sat at the bar which is our norm. Started out with drinks, Tardes Delight, which is a great summertime tequila drink with orange bitters. The manager, Dane, was behind the bar and was super friendly having some good suggestions on the food. We settled with the smoke turkey sandwich and white fish with chips. I had the smoked turkey which was awesome. Being a person that it's sensitive to salt I am always concerned with food being too salty but this wasn't...it was perfect as well were the hand made chips and pickle. All in all it was a great experience and can't wait to come back for brunch!P.S. I'd liked to have taken a pic of my smoked turkey sandwich but it was gone before it snapped..nom...nom! More...

Great hand crafted cocktails. Best poutine I've had in Tulsa. Friendly staff.

All in all a very confusing experience
The waitress krista was wonderful and we had the meat loaf sand and chicken salad sandwich.bread on sandwich was made there.love the hole experience there.
Meat.......great hearty sandwiches
Saw this place on the local news, the wife and I had the Jane’s Okie burger and a Reuben with a side of pierogies - potato, broccoli, & cheddar. Needs sour cream and chives or butter. The Okie burger had grilled in onions, very juicy. Would be better served on a hamburger bun, the toasted sliced bread was dry. Fries were made in house, just like fair fries. Reuben was good. A little off from traditional Reubens like one would get in NY, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or even Cincinnati. The corn beef is great, no problems with that, great flavor and tender. The off part is the sauerkraut, again made in house. Red cabbage was not fermented, lacked any traditional flavor. Sandwich was dry, needed more thousand island dressing. Food over all was very good. The service was friendly. Food was slow, but it is a new restaurant. They will improve. More...
I have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant. I learned how awesome water is because thats all i had for the first 45 minutes. It took them 20 minutes just to get us a menu and then they just ignored us till we flagged someone down to ask for food. We were blatantly ignored the entire time, I couldn't flag anyone down just to give us a check. The poutine was the only okay thing about the place. My burger was half raw and my friends fries were burned. The decor was an attempt at minalism but was really just a mess. I honestly have never felt such regret over paying for food. More...

I felt ignored by the staff, I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time, and the food was not even worth it. This was a huge let down. Absolutely do not recommend.
I really hate giving poor reviews but I think my experience deserves it. There were 10 things unavailable from their menu, the menu said alcohol wasn’t being served yet there were people around the restaurant drinking, and the staff was severely under trained. Our waitress was very sweet and the food was pretty good, but for the price point and lack of training I will not be returning to Jane’s. More...

Food was good, but overpriced.
Food was excellent, service was kind of overwhelmed by our large group. They evidently lost our reservation between shifts, so they didn't have tables set aside for us.
Great food! Younger staff but really nice! Can't wait for the lunch deli to open.
I ate at Jane's two days in a row with different groups of gals. Dane is the nicest guy ever as are all the staff. Reuben is huge and best corned beef anywhere and those chips are awesome. Second day for dinner had a wonderful cup of coffee and ordered the smoke turkey and it was (if possible) even better than the reuben!!! Two friends loved the Jane's okie style burger and one the spinach salad! i will be back and think i will try the soup and salad. Great atmosphere , lights great (for us grey hairs) and the tvs where on but dont think sound was on (yea) and we could have great conversation and watch the goings on at the event center next door. Go visit Jane's , you will be a repeat customer!!! More...
Killer food! Eat here!
I really wanted to like Jane's but it was just ok. Waitress was very nice but the food was pretty average. I appreciate what they are trying to do but the execution is lacking. Was excited for the kids to try poutine for the first time but theirs was very underwhelming with not a lot of flavor. Sandwiches were ok and mine completely fell apart when I picked it up. Kasha had a strange flavor aftertaste to it. Might come back for breakfast but honestly a little disappointed. More...

A delight each and every time.
Friendly! Delicious! Air-conditioned!
I am from Kansas City and came to Jane's for Lunch while in Tulsa and brought a business colleague. The service was excellent! My guest had The Chas and I had the American Dunk. Both were good portions, and both were delicious. I also had a perfect Bloody Mary to top it off. Definitely can recommend this place for anyone traveling or local. More...
I was very disappointed. Many friends had raved about Jane’s breakfast, but found they only serve 2 egg breakfast during the week. Marginal at best.
