Above and Beyond! I needed a few shingles replaced and requested a quote via their website last night. I received a response within an hour and had an appointment for this morning. Dustin was out early, replaced my shingles and even looked over the roof for other issues. Despite being busy, he took the time to explain a few things to me and offered to check my attic for leaks. After the storm on 10-2-14, I noticed I had some shingles blown off the roof. Not sure on the extent of the damage and my concern to have it checked out quickly, I went to James Kate's contact us page and filled in my info and message around 10pm. Within minutes!!!, Dustin Eatman replied back and we set up a time to come out the next morning. Early the next morning, he observed the damage, spoke with my wife while he was there, and also gave me a call to discuss what needed to be done. The following morning, he came out and fixed it. His work and customer service are excellent. He was extremely nice and professional. As far as I know, you can't be more competitive with quality of service and price. I will also mention that I put messages out to several other local roofers via their contact us pages (since we live in a web based world) and Dustin was the only one to ever reply back, and to think about how quickly he responded was amazing. I own a small business and I understand the importance of quality work and genuine customer service and I have to say I was MORE THAN IMPRESSED.
