I have been a client of Jacquie OH's for over twenty years. I have a short and sassy hairstyle. It ranges from a natural style to one of silk-like and soft. I consistently get comments about the healthy look of my hair. In additional to the excellent hair service, I enjoy her "customer appreciation style." I have been a customer of Jacquie Oh's for years and wouldn't go anywhere else to have my hair done. The shop is convenient to get to, the atmosphere is very welcoming and my hair always looks and feels great. And now I have had the best massage by Renee at the salon. I have NEVER--EVER--trusted anyone with my hair the way I trust Jacquie. I didn't know people like her existed. She truly cares about your hair goals and helping you get exactly what you want. She's also just a beautiful positive person who is fun to be around--don't you just love those people?I've been getting Dream Catchers hair extensions with her for just under a year and they're better than anything I thought existed. After years of using different types of extensions I just *believed* that the trade off for all types of hair extensions was damage and breakage--but these not only don't damage my hair at all, with Jacquie's Olaplex treatments and at home care my hair is growing fuller and longer than it has in years.Pros: - Brush and put your hair up in a HIGH ponytail for workouts without it ever looking like you have extensions- Easy, inexpensive maintenance- Keep/re-use *the same hair* for over a year if you care for them well--a huge cost savings.- No damage, hair is growing/healthy- Always up front about costs and willing to work with you on a budget so you're never surprised--well, that's not true, sometimes I'm surprised by how *little* I'm paying compared to when I used to get tape-ins...Cons:- You definitely have to style the hair and use the right products to keep them looking right--it can take a little while to learn if you're not used to having long hair. Jacquie is a true artist and always does a good job on my hair. Her consistency is key. She is also friendly and the time in her chair flys by. I got my hair cut for the first time at Jacquie Oh's and loved it. It's not a large salon, but rather she works out of a small, intimate space. Great for a range of services like waxings, etc where you like privacy and not a lot of noise. I was able to get a lot of work done and my hair looks great. She's wonderful! More...
