my dog and i learnt ALOT in the 6wk basics class. we progressed more in a week than i did at other schools with previous dogs over multiple weeks. very good ciricullum and alot of help for me as ive a disability. really brought out the best in my dog and sge was so happy to go. i know Jackie from previous and shes an awesome person as are her staff. for me hardest thing was for me to give rught commands due to my disability but they tauht me how to practice at home aswell as gave a printed guide so i wasnt lost in between classes. the facility has everything needed to teach the dogs LOTS of things More...

Izzy was great with helping to train our 1year whippet mix. Our pup enjoyed going to beginner's class. We were able to continue training at home and by the end of the course he had responded so well we are interested in additional intermediate courses. Would highly recommend this company as well as Izzy. She was so nice to work with and was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Lynn has been our trainer for Ellie's pet therapy classes and some private lessons. As a result of the lessons, her behavior has greatly improved. Lynn is patient and has worked with the class to ensure we and our dogs are prepared for the pet therapy test which is coming up soon. We have been going to Jackie's Basics and Beyond since we got our dog (Wubbi) last year. He's worked his way up from puppy class to agility. We brought him in as a wild teenager who didn't listen to any rules and through positive reinforcement and lots of help from Rebecca (our trainer) he's turned into such a polite and happy guy now. We've kept up classes because Wubbi actually looks forward to going each week. If class gets cancelled or moved he will wait by the front door to try and remind us that we need to get ready to go! Rebecca is a total dog whisperer! We brought our girl Josie to her because we needed SO much help with commands, leash training, and dog interactions. I started taking my dog to Jackie's about 4 months ago, my dog has responded so well with the positive reinforcement methods that they use. I am able to ask the knowledgeable trainers about any behavioral question I have and they give me ways to work on it with my dog. I have done Intermediate with Isabella, Agility with Jackie, and Advanced with Rebecca. My puppy just completed the puppy beginner course, and I have seen a big difference! Not only has this class helped my puppy become more aware and responsive, but it has also taught me how to properly train her. I have learned just as much if not more than she has during this 6 week course. I highly recommend this class, especially for first time pet owners. Isabelle, our trainer, was great with Murphy! During the five weeks we trained with her, she progressed really well. Training obviously requires a lot of work at home in between classes, but when we were having difficulties with certain behaviors, Isabelle showed us corrections that worked.

I have been bringing S'mores, my Coton de Tulear to Jackie's for a few years now. My confidence in how I am training and dealing with her has grown as well as S'mores's obedience and all around behavior. The knowledge of the dog(s) behavior(s) is absolutely amazing. My Goldendoodle has been training with Izzy for the past 5 months starting with the puppy obedience class and tonight he graduated advance! We plan on continuing training with CGC, Agility (which he LOVES) and hopefully make it to therapy dog in the future. I recommend Jackie's Basic and Beyond to everyone...my vet, friends, people that come up to us at restaurants and stores. And I'm so glad I found them!
