Jade and Donna were amazing! At first, my husband and I thought we didn't need a coordinator but looking back, it was definitely a great decision to work with J. R Events. Jade was so sweet and was always thinking about how she could make our big day perfect! Everything was set up beautifully, thanks to them. She even knew how to handle our crazy groomsman lol. My husband and I (Adi Meco Productions LLC) are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with J.R Events. The team was extremely professional on the day of our shooting, and always provides quality customer service. They went above and beyond the "call of duty". 1 hour prior to the wedding, the florist was no-where to be found, and there were NO flowers for the ceremony and reception. With one phone call, Jade stepped in and saved the day! J. R Events received wonderful feedback on how lovely, professional, and creative the decorations were around the room! I don't think I could have dreamt of a better team to help with my mom's wedding! As indecisive as my mom is and as busy as I was, Jade and Donna were able to recap, organize, provide easy to tackle timelines for us. They go above and beyond in professionalism, attention to detail and personal touches and they get to really know you. They understand what you want and make magic happen. The J.R. Events team was a godsend! Our wedding coordinator canceled 3 weeks before our wedding. At that point there was sooo much left to do, with a dwindling budget. A good friend referred Jade and her team, and it was the best decision we made. They were beyond professional from the first call to before we walked down the isle. Provided detailed recaps, timelines and worked around our busy schedule. I also have to mention the fresh, creative direction that made our day unforgettable. J.R. Events smoothed out an extremely stressful situation with ease. The only regret I have is not hiring them the day after we got engaged. Hiring Jade and her team (J.R. Events) was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Jade and her team were awesome; awesome being an understatement! The number one thing I wanted for my wedding was for it to be stress free (haha) for myself as well as my family and future hubby, and they delivered! It was so special to be able to spend time with our families before the ceremony and not have to worry about any of the set up or even things running smoothly. From my very first meeting with Jade (before we had even decided to go with her!) she was extremely helpful and outgoing! Even though we only hired J.R. Events for “Day of” coordination, they were there every step of the way. We had 3 meetings leading up to the wedding with Jade and Nicole, every meeting I left feeling organized and that all my wants for the wedding would be met! Jade was never more than a text or call away the whole year that I was wedding planning; whether I was asking a simple question on etiquette, to a very detailed question on the timeline! On the day of our wedding, Nicole and Britnie were there early and stayed late. They worked with all of our different vendor’s in setting up and ensured that everything went smoothly. I cannot thank Nicole and Britnie enough for how hard they worked and the commitment that they showed in making sure everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it. I would recommend J.R. Where do I start? With the immaculate execution? The attention to detail? The professionalism and punctuality? No, I’ll start with the friendship.
Working with Jade while planning my wedding was like working with a friend, if the friend were organized, punctual, creative, and goal oriented. I have zero tolerance for arts and crafts or party planning. However, Jade and J.R. Events made everything great. We had fun from start to finish and Jade always made me feel like my opinion mattered the most. I consulted other wedding planners who required that they have final creative say so. Jade valued my input and gave suggestions where needed.
Jade and her staff went above and beyond the details outlined in their contract. They provided full service from beginning to end. Jade worked with our church to coordinate the ceremony. She volunteered to decorate the church. She helped us find a venue for the reception and assisted with all the decisions and negotiations that were involved with decor, catering, music, etc. Other contractors (photographer, cake designer) were recommended by Jade and each one has done a phenomenal job.
At the end of the night Jade and her staff even packed up our goodies and cleaned the venue so well that we got our deposit back immediately. There was a little hiccup with the caterer not delivering the appetizers and dinner as agreed upon. Jade and her team corrected the issue without anyone knowing there was a problem. I didn’t find out until we returned from our honeymoon. She also helped us get a refund for services not rendered.
Jade did all this at a price that was well below reasonable and with a positive, friendly attitude. We got along so well I even invited her to my bachelorette party. She came and brought even more goodies with her.
I can’t say enough good things about J.R. Events. I can’t wait to throw another party just so I can work with them again.

Top notch service! We organized a Quinceañera for our daughter and utilized J.R. Events for our servicing needs. From the beginning, both Jordan and Britain were fantastic! They were punctual, professional, friendly, and worked extremely hard to help our event be the best it could be. They were extremely consistent with portions (which is important when catering your own event), maintaining clean-up during the event, and post clean-up and breakdown duties. Our guests were super impressed with their work ethic and how fun and personable both Jordan and Britain were. I cannot say enough great things about them both! I would highly recommend J.R.
