I am very dissatisfied with the service that has been provided to me. There was hardly any communication regarding my website. For example, what the goal was for it, how I wanted it to look, ect. Apps were trying to be sold to me that were unnecessary. For example, a paid app with fake reviews was recommended to me for reviews when Shopify provides one for free. When I asked about how to do actions on shopify such as generating a shipping label, whomever was helping me didn’t even know what a shipping label was.
