Melissa D. doesn’t listen and has now run off with my money and I have nothing to show for it. I offered to pay her for the time but requested half my money back since I was no longer buying the product. Now she has been ignoring me for weeks. DO NOT USE! SCAM ARTIST!!!

Update - I was told they would refund me once I gave them needed info but when I gave them that info, they said they won’t refund my money until I delete my Google Review. Further proof this place is just a SCAM! More...

IT Pyramid was great at providing me an amazing website for my business. I'm so glad that they gave me a mock up design first and after some timely alterations (required by me) they never got irritated by any of the changes that I asked them to make. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a professional website design. They are also one of the best digital marketing agency in Pennsylvania.
