I just finished remodeling my home. Was going to go with a typical wood framed doors from Home Depot, when my friend suggested to go with Iron Doors. ..to make a statement, curb appeal and grand entrance. Did a little bit of searching online and called few places for quotes. So happy with the choice I have made to go with Iron Doors AZ! They had a huge warehouse and lots to choose from. Very good quality doors. Excellent customer service. I am very picky, but they very friendly and patient with me, working until we got the  measurements and the design just the way I wanted. Never felt that I was pressured during the entire time when selecting and designing my door. And best of all, they very competitive when it came to price. Didn't wait for my custom door too long. We recently had our door changed out by a beautiful door at Iron Doors Arizona. The warehouse has a lot of samples to choose from in addition to an on line catalog. They are not made on-site or even in US but they were upfront in disclosing the information. You can buy off the sales floor for a discount and with quicker installation or have custom made. The installers were the great, they showed up on time, tapped off so dust didn't go everywhere, were friendly and provided great customer service advice about the lock situation on the door. I didn't want multiple keys for my house they were kind to remove the old lock from old door and install on new one which was a perfect match. So this very easily could have been a 1-star review, but the customer service that we received made it a 5. We met with our original sales consultant oh, and we made an agreement on our door. Unfortunately, the door that we purchased was not able to be found. So after going by the shop they wanted to help, so we agreed on the same door with a different glass. They would then order the glass we wanted and install it. Perfect solution, until I got a call that evening saying that that door had also been sold.After bringing the wife by that weekend, they did everything they could to make it right. Our sales person even showed up on his day off just because he found out we were there. overall, we did get a different door, but I feel like it's a better solution it. The price on the special we got could not be matched. I have not yet received the door but so far I would recommend them to anyone. More...

A really terrific company to do business with. Great prices, service and quality products. If you are looking for an Iron Door . . look no further. Like most people, I was skeptical when I had to give the company a large 75% deposit and wait about twelve weeks for manufacturing overseas, but it was genuinely worth it. They came out and delivered and installed the new Iron Door with a great crew of installers. The door was shockingly even more beautiful when it was delivered compared to the rather nice photos when we originally ordered the door from a catalog. The second group of folks from Iron Doors of Arizona came out a few days later to finish the installation (caulk, seal, and install the molding around the new door). Nice job guys!!! Top level customer service and attention to details. Iron Doors of AZ had delivered and exceeded our expectations. Starting with the design selection, throughout out the installation and until the final touch-ups we have been in constant contact with Iron Doors. The company owner Steven went above & beyond answering our questions & concerns in the timely and professional manner. Iron Doors Arizona kept every appointment and promise from the beginning. They came to my house and measured and helped with the design and submission to my HOA for approval. I couldn’t be more pleased with their quality, craftsmanship, price and attention to detail. The installer came right on time and was clean and very professional. We just bought a new beautiful Iron front door from Iron Doors Arizona. Â From the minute we walked into the show room everyone was there to help as a team and made us comfortable. Tim was our sales rep. and was awesome. We found the perfect door then he came out to measure and informed us of everything that would need to be done in order for that door to fit. Â Luckily, not only she helped me again, but the owner, Steve helped us, also! Â Steve explained everything to me! We recently worked with Tim on the purchase and installation of our iron front door, and we had an incredible experience! Tim was fantastic ... he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, sent us photos based on what we were looking for, and never once made us feel pressured to buy. The installation and repairs were completed over a couple of appointments, and the crew was always prompt, professional, and did a great job. Hands down the best iron door company in AZ! I interviewed 7 other valley companies and Iron Doors AZ was the only company that offered a turn key product meaning they handled the demo, the framing, the install, the finish work which included patching stucco and drywall, matching texture, painting, baseboards and grout up to the door. When they finished my door was perfectly installed and I didn’t have to sub out any work myself like I would have had to if I chose one of the other companies. My price was better through Iron Doors as well, the customer service was outstanding, the follow up always polite and the crews showed up on time, we’re professional and cleaned up around their area. Found our new front door in stock at Iron Doors of Arizona. We worked with Michael and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We found the perfect door. They were able to install it within 5 days of us picking it out. Danny and his crew showed up to do the install and they did a great job! Once installed Alberto came out and did the finish work.
