iNX is the first and only janitorial service we have used. We previously had an internal full time staff for janitorial. There are many, many janitorial companies in our area and as I mentioned, iNX is the only one we have actually used. Their initial approach was not too aggressive (as many typically are) and was very thorough and professional. It has been almost three years now and we have never had any major issues with iNX or their franchise staff. Issues that have come up, have been handled quickly and efficiently using their communication portal. After we have an agreed upon scope of work, we go about the process of pricing the service based on all of the environmental variables. Once completed we show clients how pricing was arrived at and discuss how to modify the scope in order to work within budgetary constraints.
