We just arrived after a long flight and had a massage at the Julique Spa inside the hotel. I get a lot of massages and this was one of the best I have received in my life. Reasheal was my masseuse and she was wonderful. Her pressure was perfect. She stretched the area before she massaged it. She was very concerned that I was receiving everything I expected. Just WOW!! ||||The manager, Denise, made special arrangement to accommodate three of us at an odd hour weeks in advance. Today, one person was sick and I had to cancel. We've used this venue before and it's effortless for us. We invite children and babies as well as employees and spouses and the restaurant is very accommodating. Plus there are live reindeer, a real train and Santa. It is beautifully decorated and informal enough to feel very much at home. ||||The food is always thoughtfully prepared and delicious and this year was no exception. We recently organized and completed a week long Rotary conference at this property and I can't say enough about the quality of the property, incredible food even though they were feeding over 450 of us each day, and the caliber of the people that assisted us in every way. From JD Sharp, our main contact over the course of planning for this past year, to the banquet staff including Reggie and Benny, Johnny, Jackie, Keith and Brian, to our Meal Captains Saihou, Alioune, Densel and Ricardo. Our coffee break set up folks Maxime and Miranda. Conference Concierge Keshia Hernandez and Manager Sherman Hamilton. I can't leave out the Gentlemen at the front door, Kalid and Little K, and Clinton that shuttled my wife and I to an offsite evening event when my knee decided to quit working when I needed it most. Dianna and her staff at the front desk and Concierge Morris Gordon were outstanding and from the first time we walked into the club on the 21st floor, the staff always knew our name and always had a smile on their face and a warm greeting including Ness, Fanny, Hannah and Raven. I rarely take the time to post something, but I also rarely experience a property with such top notch people. I'm sure I left many folks out of this review I would have mentioned, and based on my experience, can only assume I would list everyone on the employee list had I a chance to meet each of them. People make a business, and this hotel has top notch folks that truly care about the customer experience. My congratulations and thanks to General Manager Maxime! Overall, I thought this was a well-run hotel with nice decor. The lobby was elegantly decorated for the holidays. The room was clean and well-appointed. My favourite part of the room was the deep soaking tub. She took two bubble baths.The location in Buckhead is very central. We walked across to Bistro Niko for lunch, and to American Cut steakhouse for dinner.I would like to commend a few associates who helped us feel welcomed: Guerda was very attentive and helpful at the front desk. Another front desk agent, Diana, checked us in and she was friendly and professional. Dominique from the bell station assisted us with our bags both upon arrival and departure. He was terrific. One very disappointing aspect of this hotel is that it *feels* as if in-room dining tries to nickel-and-dime you. Two examples: in one instance, we ordered a salad and she asked for rolls with the salad. The associate on the phone said that bread would be extra, and the Caesar Salad order came out to $43. In another (and more egregious) example, we came back from dancing at 2am, and were grateful for the 24 hour in-room dining option.. We decided to split a 12 piece chicken wing order. She preferred ranch sauce, and I like blue cheese. We asked for a cup of each, and were informed that "there's an extra charge for ranch". Really? At a luxury hotel? I tried both the fine dining and the bar food. I went to the restaurant first because I was waiting for my colleagues and would have to eat alone. I asked if they had a simple hamburger, and was told no--got a soup and appetizer, Then when my colleagues arrived, they went to the bar--right outside the restaurant, where they all had hamburgers?That is my only complaint. An ok experience overall, but my request for plates and silverware to be delivered to my room were totally ignored. Was also informed my meal could not be heated but I was able to "rent" a microwave for $30 which is quite outrageous just to heat a meal.

I had seriously high expectations for our event of roughly 450 participants. A long event, from Tuesday through Sunday, I was hopeful that things would 'stay together' all week. What the staff at the already awesome venue was phenomenal, and exceeded even my and my team's expectation. Manager J. D. Sharp and Sherman Hamilton led the stellar effort. They are flanked by folks like Keshia Hernandez, Reggie Jennings & Benny Jackson on the event Concierge and House team who is meticulous. Leota Howell led the guest relations/club team as a true pro. EVERY SINGLE employee who I wish I had their name to compliment, performed above expectations ALL WEEK LONG. All the way to our departure. "Big K" Khalid Worth is a bellman worthy of envy. I asked him if he could help me get a week's belonging to our car.
