So grateful I was recommended to see Giustina - I am beyond thrilled that within just minutes of meeting her she was able to identify my pain pattern! I have been dealing with back discomfort for far over 1.5 years, and I'm beyond baffled as to why others in the medical community were unable to put me on a path to healing. I have had chronic pain in my lower left back/hip and front hip/abdomen area and have been to numerous doctors, specialists, massage therapists and tried various lifestyle changes. Giustina was the first to analyze my symptoms, identify the issue, and give me hope on our first visit. Giustina’s approach is thorough; she listens and takes the time to educate her clients. It was a plus that I could describe my pain in relation to yoga poses and have her understand/explain the why + how. I recommend doing the initial consultation (15 min. consultation + 60 min. bodywork). I left my appointment feeling heard and helped. I had clarity on what exercises/stretches I could do to help my pain and how often I should plan to see her. I can't wait until our next appointment! LOVED my massage! Giustina is amazing, she is so knowledgable about the muscles and tissues and her application is very clinical. This makes for a massage that really relieves the tension or pain in the problem areas. I was so impressed after my first massage that I had to make a regular standing appointment. She is able to look at your body and understand how dysfunction is causing pain - and she has techniques to utilize to help reduce that pain! Giustina’s eye for discovering your pain is exactly what I was looking for in a therapist. For a month I was dealing with trap pain and Giustina looked at me and knew what was needed to deteriorate the anxiety I was going through. I instantly had my full range of motion back after the massage and she was able to recommend me seeing a chiropractor for my vertebrae being off balance. Excellent! Guistina has a true gift of using different massage styles and techniques to make sure that I feel incredible after my 90-minute sessions. The space is clean and quaint, and the atmosphere is curated to promote relaxation and wellness. She starts out by asking me if I have any problem areas, and goes right to work as I zone out into absolute bliss. She will get knots out of areas I didn't even know I had muscles in. I am no stranger to massage, or so I thought until I met Giustina and her team. Every time I leave her office I cannot stop raving about the incredible experience she provides from the comfortable setting of her studio to the extremely vast amount of knowledge she has regarding the human body. Not only does she make her clients feel rejuvenated, she cares. After years of massage and multiple therapists, no body ever took the time to evaluate my body as one that is unique. Giustina, on the other hand, goes through a series of evaluations to see what each individual client of hers needs. In fact, if it weren’t for Giustina and her keen eye (and touch) I never would have known about and been treated for the scoliosis and kyphosis in my spine. Why did no other therapist ever tell me this? I do not know, but I am so grateful that Giustina did. She goes beyond the traditional massage therapist in more ways than one. I can gaurentee that if you enter her studio as a stranger, you will leave as a lifetime client of hers with an extremely comfortable level of trust and comfort. More...
