Before seeing Dr. Holl for Chiropractic care and Chris Erickson for Physical Therapy at Integrated Rehab I had trouble doing basic, everyday things, such as getting out of bed and chairs, leaning over to pick things up off the floor, do dishes and wash my face. My ability to turn my head was very restricted as well, giving me regular headaches. Since Dr. Holl and Erickson began working with me, I have experienced immense improvement in doing these things. It has been an incredible relief to find that my pain has eased greatly. Dr. Holls' demeanor is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable around him. Chris is always very good at finding the best exercises for the situation, as well as explaining how the exercises work to improve flexibility, strength, and movement with genuine concern about patients. I came to Integrated Rehab after being in a motor vehicle crash, I was experiencing lower back pain. I wasn't sure what to expect going to physical therapy and a chiropractor, but it was a pleasant experience for me. Integrated Rehab was very helpful to my situation, Chris taught me some great exercises to restore and increase mobility in my lower back without experiencing pain. I absolutely loved going to the chiropractor, probably more than I should've but I honestly felt like a new person after my session. It only took me a short three months to fully recover and feel back to normal. I would recommend integrated rehab to anyone and everyone looking for physical therapy and chiropractic care. I had foot surgery on my ankle to repair and re-attach tendons. The physical therapist, Chris Erickson and his beautiful assistant Danielle Sokol were amazing! They are very caring and focused on a quick recovery for you. After being in a cast, crutches etc my hamstring was sooo tight! They brought in the chiropractor, Dr. Cary Holl to see if he could help. He did an amazing job of stretching my hamstring as well as making the spinal adjustment that correlated to my problem areas including my carpal tunnel that I got from being on crutches! This was all in addition to the physical therapy that I originally needed. It was an encompassing treatment plan that was efficient and effective!
