I worked out with Richard for a short time but made some of the best gains I ever have made. He takes the time to evaluate you, asks about your time and responsibilities and tailors your workout to fit your goals and life commitments. I've never had a trainer that took that kinda time to make sure you get results. If you are looking to get into shape or just get healthier there is no other trainer I'd recommend. I have been with Richard for two months now and love it. He has helped me to personalize my fitness goals, shown me proper nutrition and keep moving forward. He answers my questions and is always available for questions or to assist with any setbacks or challenges. I would recommend that you be prepared to work for your results as the commitment and challenge is always going to remain on you but he motivates and certainly makes you work towards your goals.
