Why me? With 25 years of experience in customer service, sales, recruitment, business counselling and coaching:
• Experience in Multinational environments having lived and worked in England, Spain, Cyprus, Dubai and now the USA.
• Extensive experience working in the hospitality industry providing first class customer service.
• Worked for British Telecom Managing a Customer Complaints Division, supporting teams of people to learn the importance of empathy, dealing with complaint handling with a human approach.
• Key Account Manager for Yellow Pages taught me about needs-based sales, a concept that is important in any sales environment.
• In the UK, owning a consultancy business called Missing Link, primarily helping entrepreneurs with business start-up advise and support. Coaching and Mentoring was a large element to help individuals turn their visions in to reality.
• In Dubai my career expanding into recruitment, focusing on needs-based sales and coaching both the client and candidate to find their ideal fit.
• Travelled in and out of Afghanistan, motivating teams as well as meeting key clients to support sales initiatives.
• Responsible for the set-up of a Regional Sales and Marketing Department with Client Relationship Management focus.
