The customized program at Inner Strength is the first step for transitioning your body. Ryan teaches and guides you to follow the food choices and he is a terrific personal trainer with lots of patience! This program has helped me not only get in shape, but to have more energy and feel better about myself in numerous ways. I am a master “joiner” of gyms and exercise classes. And admittedly, have yet to go or complete any program. My resistance inevitably wins out.


I have notoriously joined every gym and exercise program offered. And admittedly, failed to attend.

Something dramatically changed when I met Ryan. I have NEVER missed a class. Ryan is patient, makes each class interesting, offers a wide variety of exercises and continues to challenge our workouts. I have never been bored. He meets and works with me at the level I’m at, individualizing and adjusting workouts so I can be successful. He offers encouragement, pushes when needed and respects my limitations. My usual resistance has not surfaced and I fully attribute this to Ryan. He is a master personal trainer who truly listens and responds to our unique differences by making the necessary adjustments to meet our individual needs.

I have had difficulty sticking with the eating aspect of the program. Just because. Trying not to beat myself up but recognizing I may not be ready. From a positive perspective, the exercise component has been 100% successful and hopefully, the eating will follow suit.

I highly recommend Ryan as my Inner Strength Personal Trainor!

I have tried countless ways to get back into shape, and this so far has been the only thing that’s worked! Ryan is an awesome trainer and he really takes time with each of his clients to make sure everyone achieves their goals. It doesn’t matter what level you’re at, he adjusts the workouts to your level and helps you become better and better. I am so happy I joined inner Strenght! I look forward to going every time and I always have a great time. Ryan has helped me changed my life style into a healthier one and a more active one. After being away from training for a couple years, i made a great choice when i walked in the door at Inner Strength. Ryan is a very knowledgeable trainer and takes the time to "check in" with his clients to ensure that we are not in any pain or discomfort (before, during, after, and on the off days) as to not overdo anything at our next session. Exercises are modified to fit the client, if necessary.
I am in my 2nd month, and have to say that i have not done the same workout twice! i LOVE SURPRISES!

I saw the ad for inner strength Training and I wanted something to keep my interest, challenging and motivated. I met with Ryan, we talked in depth about my past experiences, what I wanted to achieve, and I felt really confident and excited. Ryan was very informative with what the program would be and that he could help me achieve my goals. In 4 weeks I lost 10 lbs, 9 inches and felt amazing. People kept telling me how great I looked. I am still working out at inner strength training and would recommend Ryan to anyone. He is readily available through text or the inner strength Facebook page with any questions or assistance. Im in my 40’s and have been struggling to lose weight. Ryan taught me how eating the right foods along with his exercise program will help the weight come off. ..I’ve been in the program about 3 weeks now and Ive loSt some weight and feel so much better about myself! Inner strength has been a hero for pulling me out of my fitness slump! Thanks to the motivational trainers, the comrodery of the members, and the variety of workouts I have been able to get real results I was looking for! Between the meal planning and the workout sessions I've increased my energy levels, lost weight, gained strength, and I feel better about myself! I've been a gym goer for decades, but I have learned new exercises and seen excellent results using the program that Ryan and his team have put together! So glad I have joined the Inner strength group. I have been working with Ryan for about 5 weeks now and have lost 8 lbs. Ryan is very motivating and knowledgable with both nutrition and exercise. He is very supportive and I know will be there for me with whatever I need to attain my weight loss goals. Whenever I have a question on anything he texts me right back. The classes are great. This is the real deal. I've done some sort of training, for most of my life - from Jack LaLanne in the 70's to Pilates to local gyms and aerobic dancing, but the training and nutritional advice I get from Inner Strength trumps them all. Since I've started attending I have so much more energy, my weight is stable even though I eat more ... and I'm getting muscles! Ryan and the Inner Strength folks pay attention to detail and push you when you need pushing -each person is observed, corrected and encouraged. I look forward to the strenuous sessions because they're a mood elevator and stabilizer for those of us who lead hectic stressful lives. I must say the Ryan cares about all of us and his enthusiasm for fitness is contagious - this is a community, not just a gym. I highly recommend Inner Strength Personal Training. More...

The best thing I've done for myself is started working with Ryan at Inner Strength Personal Training. I've only been working with Ryan for a little over a month and have already lost 11 lbs. (6 inches) with his guidance. He is very knowledgeable, patient and dedicated to working with you on your goals. Someone you can really work with. His workouts are never the same so you won't get bored. You'll challenge yourself, he'll support you but won't push you over the edge. He's very good about your posture so you won't get hurt during your workouts. I love the smaller groups so you don't feel like you get lost in a crowded gym. Very supportive atmosphere. He sends messages and stays in touch with you and answers any questions you may have along the way. I actually look forward to my workouts. I highly recommend calling Ryan! You won't be dissapointed.
