Professional, fast and friendly! Keith and Jeff did such a great job accommodating my order and their prices are unbeatable. Â I've gotten hats, t-shirts, tanks and jackets done through them. I've already washed some of my personal items a few times and the quality still shows. A lot of other t shirt printing places were pretty crappy and the logo would start breaking off after 3 washes. Definitely worth going through a local company like this one, instead of all these overseas, dime a dozen printing companies. Jeff is a great guy and helped us select all different kinds of shirts and hats. Large order was delivered quickly and exactly how we wanted. I had a great experience working with these guys. I had never handled an ordering process of such a large volume before and I couldn't even get other companies to respond to my requests for quotes through Yelp or direct calls and emails to their websites. I heard back right away and Keith and Jeff were very responsive to all my questions an emails- within minutes or an hour or so if it was late in the day I would have a response in my in box.We were handling an large order for a school and they were so understanding with going through the various channels for approvals and payment through the school and district. Even with delays on our part they still hand delivered the products to me on schedule and ready for a performance!The print quality was great, the suggestions made on shirt color were spot on to really help the design the student chose pop- Most importantly the kids LOVE the shirts! Super responsive and able to get the job in a timely and efficient manner. As other vendors blew me off or were to busy, Keith took the time to keep in constant communication and got the job done. In a day and age where you communicate through technology, I was able to get things done via email and Yelp. I don't have time in my day to go to a physical shop to discuss things. It was like using Amazon Prime for my order. I'm the type of person who likes smaller vendors because they have the time and accountability to really take care of you and give you direct customer service. Got a very quick response and follow up from Keith shortly after submitting a price quote online. Pricing was good and I decided to place a 36 piece Tshirt silkscreen order with him on short turnaround. Perfect timing! I discovered Keith and Jeff after having many issues with my existing screen printer. The timing was perfect as we needed a large amount of shirts in short amount of time.
