Terence was very prompt and courteous in answering all of my questions, and his price was so reasonable it didn’t make sense for me to even try to do the carpet cleaning on my own! He reconfirmed the appointment the day before, and showed up on time. He completed his work quickly and returned a little life to our 15 year old carpets. You can tell the type of professionalism you’re about to experience when one of two things happen, 1. They come on time. And 2. The job doesn’t seemed rushed, today we witnessed both of these things happening in our home, appointment was set for 10am they arrived at 930/945am...and they worked diligently with the up most respect of our home and personal belongings. I was recommended by a family friend. I have a sectional that my son had an accident on and my dog kept jumping on. Needless to say it smelled horrible. Terrance came in, got the job done, and within 45 minutes my sectional was back to its normal state. It smelled soooo good and it was free of dog hair. Excellent service! I recently had my carpeted stairs, hallway, 3 bedrooms cleaned as well as a couch and love seat. I have two children, two cats and a dog. My carpets are 14 years old and have been through it all. Spills from the kids, accidents from the pets, etc. This cleaning made such an improvement.
