I was in a scary situatuon where I lost my ID at spruce harbor park the other night, but thanks to Jason for his quick action, he was able to retrieved it back to me. Just in time for my flight back home the next morning. On top, he showed professional customer service- the fact that he literally ran to get my ID really show that he understands the critical situation I was in. He's definitely an asset to your company! Myself and many other volunteers at Walker Stalker Con in Philly had the honor to work with this security team during our event. I, myself, have worked many other conventions with lots of security who did not cooperate well with us. Ingage is by far the BEST security I've ever worked with at any convention. The Bead Fest Team with F+W Media enjoyed another event at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center with the staff of Ingage Security. We are so comfortable working with Ingage Security that we felt it necessary to express our enthusiasm for any future clients.To be honest, Bead Fest would not have been the same without them!

From the minute they arrive onsite, communication is Ingage Security’s first priority. The supervisor ensures that the client is aware of his staff’s postings and schedule for each day. This ease of communication is exhibited throughout all staff members as they easily integrated with F+W Media staff to ensure all needs were met. All Ingage Security staff was able to step up when needed, no matter the situation.

When the line to enter the show became longer than anticipated, Hassan and Jake jumped in to alleviate traffic by passing out stickers to returning guests. On the last day of the show, an older woman fell and Mike responded immediately by diverting traffic around the woman and contacting the EMT staff. Their staff is professionally dressed in suits that all bear the Ingage Security pin to clearly identify their position.

In addition, undercover guards were positioned on the show floor to monitor attendees. This proved to be vital in one instance of possible theft. The level of training each member of Ingage Security possessed allowed them to blend seamlessly when needed, or rise to the occasion and be noticed if needed. This was a quality noticed by both F+W Media staff as well as our vendors. Though the suits were an obvious indicator to some; when a vendor, attendee, or staff member needed any type of assistance, they were quick to respond or alert the necessary person.

No ask was too small, or “not their job”!

Each day, Domenic was onsite to check in with our team to ensure everything was running smoothly. It seemed to be his goal to train his staff to such a degree that I had no news to report, which was always the case. Our staff did not observe inappropriate cell phone use by any staff members, which was a pleasant surprise in a staff of 20-somethings. They truly went above and beyond as a staff to alert us when vendors left the show early. Any incident report was filled out completely and reviewed by the supervisor with an F+W Media staff member promptly and in great detail.

Our hope is that this letter encourages you to consider Ingage in regard to security at your events. We truly couldn’t run the show as smoothly without them, especially when planning from another state. Ingage Security has been an invaluable resource to the Bead Fest Team, and we hope to continue that relationship in the future.
