If you are looking for a group fitness class/gym, I highly recommend Hollywood Fit body boot camp. After a long search for a group fitness class that would be good for me, I found this place on yelp and decided to check it out. I am familiar with Fit body boot camp as I used to be apart of a different one, so I had an idea of how the workouts were. I wanted to meet Jason in person before I decided to join to see if it was a good fit for me. I made a consultation, which was easy and convenient to do online. Here's what I'll say, Jason is the real deal. He's straightforward, honest and hardworking. He told me how the program worked and the membership rates and didn't pressure me or make me feel bad about my fitness level, (Like other gyms have). I also have injuries I was concerned about and Jason was very understanding about my concerns. After a few weeks of working out here, Its clear to me that Jason is passionate about helping his clients reach their goals. The environment is completely non judgmental and welcoming to people of all fitness levels. Jason is kind and patient, keeps us motivated and helps us one on one with our form. All it takes is 30 minutes a day to make a positive change in your life, and the best part is, each of those 30 minutes is productive! You don't waste anytime, just come, get a great workout and back to your day! I always feel great after. If you are looking to loose weight, tone up, get healthy, get summer bod ready etc. I highly recommend, Hollywood Fit Body Boot Camp why? It's 30 minutes. Yes 30 minutes - from start to finish and you get a full body workout. The kind of workout that makes you not moves arms the next day, have you not eat a bowl of ice cream, or have your coworkers say what did you do - in a good way! I'll go to regular old Golds gym for 1.5 hours and not get half the workout I get for 30 minutes working with Jason and his trainers. What's also special about Hollywood Fit Body are the members - down to earth people who are all there for the same reason - to be healthier. No egos here. Whether it's your first day or members have been there for months everyone is really supportive and motivate one another. Also the gym is in a shopping center with a free parking lot! It makes it all the easier to park, go to class, and leave - no excuses not to go. And lastly Coach Jason is amazing, he really cares about each of his members and their fitness goals. When's the last time 24 Hour Fitness texted you to say "you ok? Haven't seen you in class this week?" I can't say enough good things about Hollywood Fit Body Boot Camp, Coach Jason, and all the other trainers. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone who is looking for a trainer! I have been working with him for 1.5 months now, and am already seeing an incredible improvement. I work long hours and have struggled to find time for a healthy lifestyle. However, with my 45-min workout and meal plan, I am finally working towards my goal. So a friend recommended that I check out the High Intensity workouts that the Fit Body Bootcamp has to offer! I was going through transition in my life so decided to check it out and found that there was the Hollywood Fit Body Bootcamp location that's literally 5 mins away from me! Hollywood Fit Body Bootcamp is probably the best workout place I've tried in LA (and I have tried a lot). The classes are HIIT-based, which focuses on maximum calorie burn in a short amount of time (only 30 min!). I love being able to burn hundreds of calories in such a minimal amount of time. On top of the efficient classes, Jason and all the other trainers (esp. Leslie) are amazing! The coaches always change up the class every day, so it never gets repetitive or boring. Also, the workouts are suited for people of all levels, and the coaches always give individualized modifications, so it's not intimidating.Hollywood FBBC has several programs you can do based on your goals. Whatever program you do, Jason is always there to guide you and answer any questions. It's like having a personal trainer, without the painfully expensive cost. I tried this location with my friends on a whim and lemme tell you... SO WORTH IT! Jason puts in the effort to keep you motivated and is super supportive even if you're struggling.What I really appreciated about this location was that the people participating all had different body types, but everyone was there to WORK. The session was short (30min), but it definitely kicked my tush.Unfortunately, the location is out of the way for me, otherwise I'd be going back. I can't tell you how happy I am that I found Hollywood Fit Body Boot Camp.This studio is truly changing my health in so many ways. Jason is an incredible person/trainer. The workouts are quick (only 30 minutes) and you definitely sweat a lot! I love how quick the workout is but it feels so efficient. Since joining my BMI has already gone down by 10 points. This is the workout I've always dreamed of but never knew existed. The best part? IT'S ONLY 30 MINUTES. (20 actually of the HARD HARD stuff.. then 5 for warm up cool down). It's hard as hell but then it's over before you want to give up. The trainers are amazing - super motivating. The workouts change daily - you never get bored. Hollywood Fit Body Bootcamp has been one of my treasures for the past year. I have had numerous ups and downs with other gyms such as 24hour fitness, Golds Gym & David Barton which caused me to nearly lose hope in ever finding a workout community. Finally, a friend of mine told me about Fit Body Bootcamp and I found that there is one right up the street from me in Hollywood! Although it took me some time to get consistent, I still reaped the fruits of my labor from joining this gym! I'm stronger, more energetic, toned, and my skin is glowing! Coach Jason is literally the best. He really gets to know his clients so he can push you to reach your maximum potential. This is something I definitely needed because in the past, I would be on a treadmill for 10 minutes and once I start to feel tired, I'm out of there. Not to mention I would never even step foot in the weight room. Furthermore, Jason is open to trying new techniques to help us reach our fitness goals. He's offered meal plan options, his newsletters provide fun healthy recipes and stories of encouragement, and he let his clients leave a motivational quote on one of his gym walls. I can't begin to tell you how many times this wall has come in handy in the middle of a rep. Jason is a great trainer and i love HFBBC! He helped me lose over 20 pounds over the last 5 month and taught me how to properly eat. I am never starving, am eating balanced meals, have gotten my body fat into a manageable place and I have really learned to pay attention to what i put into my body. Jason is hands down, the best! I have a gym membership at a popular gym and wanted to get more individualized attention. I met Jason and he seemed like a great fit so I signed up. I've been personal training with him for about 2 months now and it's been great! He's super flexible with workout times and he's always available to help me decide healthier options to eat and even workouts to do between our workouts at my own gym. I must say that this training program is truly amazing. Jason thank you for the inspiration and taking the time to make sure that I have a program that personally fits my needs and my ability in order to not give up but to continue to strengthen. I would have never thought that I would look forward to getting up at 4 o'clock in the morning for an 30 minute intense workout not even one day of the week let alone three.

I am so looking forward to the progress that I can make in order to make this a life-changing experience in order to live a much more healthier and fulfilling life.

The classes are engaging, there is a sense of community and the teachers at this location remember you and care about seeing you do great. I never thought I could keep up with a class like that but they push you at your own pace. Unlimited classes are offered and I found myself going from being a person who showed up to a gym once a month to becoming a person who is at 3-4 classes a WEEK. Coach Jason is always championing you and wanting you to succeed. I have lost over 10 pounds since starting at this camp and genuinely just feel good, energized and encouraged. I also have a very demanding job with long hours and am happy to report that their are class times for every type of schedule. If I can do this class with time constraints and my own aversion to gyms, anyone can do this!!! And there's no one better to be helping you you than Jason. Special shout out to Julia who is an other phenomenal instructor at this location.

I worked with Jason about 4 years ago in prep for my wedding. I had great results at that time. After, I had moved away to TN for about 3 years. I had one baby and had my second 5 months ago. I was pretty upset when I heard he had moved to LA. But alas, J came up with an online program. I started 1 month after having the baby. It was so practical for someone like me. I kept to the diet, exercise videos were 3x weekly plus weekend walk.  I did the exercises all from the comfort of my home, and required less than 30 minutes of my time. Exercises are also doable - but does kick your butt, targeting several muscle groups. With diet and exercise I lost 30lb in 12 weeks. I basically started to fit into pants that didn't fit me after my last pregnancy. THEN I started to fit into shirts that I was wearing in highschool (which for me was 16 years ago). I have a bit to go, toning up to do...but i'm getting here. And for all that, I thank Jason!! More...

My coworker kept telling me about FBBC so finally i decided to join. First off Coach Jason is very friendly and understands each clients needs whether you haven't worked out in years (like me) or you are in shape. My main reason to get in shape is I had an A1C of 7.4 (Diabetic) not wanting to take medications I wanted to give myself one last push to bring my blood sugar down. After 3 months of going and eating healthy I was able to bring my A1C down to 5.3 (Normal). My doctor told me to keep doing what i am doing. I honestly feel that if I didn't join I would have been on some form of medication. I owe this to Coach Jason and FBBC and will continue to go back and get in shape. The love and support you feel from Coach Jason and the Hollywood FBBC family is unreal! I found out about this place from a coworker. I noticed she was losing weight, but more importantly had much more of a glow to her. I asked her what she was doing and she referred me to Coach Jason. I was a little anxious because I'd never done bootcamp style workouts and I was sure I'd be his biggest client yet. I left my first workout not worried about that anymore. What I love is he modifies each exercise for each individual to get their optimum results. It amazes me how he knows what level each of his clients are on.  What I have also found to be a lifesaver is his meal planning guides and recipes. Its nice to know I can still eat "real food" lol and not just salads everyday. I've even been out and sent over menus and he's helped me make good choices. I can go on and on about this place. One thing is for sure, I am truly glad I signed up with Coach Jason. Im 4 weeks in and down 15 pounds woot woot and feel so motivated!!!  I really feel like this time around Im on a LASTING journey to a new healthier happier me!! More...

This place is awesome. Jason gives you access to free weights, TRX, battle ropes, elastic bands and boxes. In addition, you get excellent nutritional counseling and plenty of classes to chose from; as early as 5:30am and as late as 7:45pm. Also, one of the great perks is that you never have to worry about parking because there is plenty of it and it's free..........nearly impossible to find in Hollywood, CA. I joined the gym in December with the goal of looking bahm.com in my wedding dress next year. Even though I hate to admit it Jason is an amazing trainer. LOL All of his workouts are HIIT and are EXTREMELY challenging and i leave feeling like death EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. But in the end the results are what keep me coming back. Hollywood FBBC is a family and an amazing place to achieve the health results you are looking for. I wouldn't describe Jason as a personal trainer even though that is exactly what he is. (To me it has a concept of singing and dancing while working out. LOL) Jason is a true to form coach. But beyond that he is a friend. He genuinely cares about your well being and goals. I look at all of my fellow Hollywood FBBC members as family and teammates. I frequent with others who are glutens for punishment at the 530am class. Even though it is the butt crack of dawn when class starts it is energetic and challenging. I was told about Hollywood FBBC from a friend who did the 6 week challenge. I was intrigued when speaking with him and decided I would give it a try. I am extremely busy and don't have time work out at a one size fits all gym. So when I found out it is 30 minutes in and out I was completely sold. I completed my six week challenge and lost 30 pounds! The weight loss of course was incredible and exciting. However, the most amazing part was how great I felt, how good it felt to me. I immediately rolled my refund into an annual membership. I found myself feeling off on the mornings I didn't make it to class. I would recommend Hollywood FBBC and Jason a million times over. You have to be real and true to yourself that this isn't a miracle drug or class you go to and instantly lose weight. You have to put in the work! You have to realize that true work is hard. I was referred to Jason's 6 week challenge by a friend a few months back and took a leap of faith. I saw before and after pictures of individuals I knew and the impact Jason's challenge had on them physically. At first I was a little hesitant as it is $300 upfront but luckily Jason works with you and he let me pay him for the program bi-weekly. This included a recipe book and an outline of a diet you should follow for maximum results. The challenge outlined that if you lost 20lbs or 10% body fat (whichever is less), you would get your money back. I weighed in at 166lbs when I started with Jason and finished at 154lbs. Although I was 4lbs shy away from my goal, I was extremely proud and satisfied with my results. After a few sessions, I felt just overall more energetic and productive. I began to feel lighter and quicker and was beginning to fall in love with the small changes I saw in myself. Had I been more consistent in attending classes and more strict with the diet, I could have surpassed my goal. Everyone is different in their approach to their health and goals. Jason's workouts that are versatile, challenging and give you results. I've been doing this program for 6 months - started with the 60-day challenge and immediately signed onto a full time membership. The membership is definitely cost effective for the unlimited classes and personalized support you get. I have a very busy schedule, and this is everything I could ask for in a fitness program. You're in and out in 30 minutes with a different workout each day and there are class times before or after work to choose from. Jason makes sure there is an energetic and positive vibe, even at 5:30am, and everyone in the class is supportive of each other. I don't really write reviews, but Coach Jason and his studio have been nothing short of amazing with not only my training but my overall health and eating habits.  I lost weight, toned up, and became much healthier and committed to my body and nutrition... I originally signed up since my friend had taken the 6-week challenge and showed me amazing results.  I was EXTREMELY hesitant to join (I hadn't been in a gym, or even trained with anyone, in years!). Jason was nothing but courteous, helpful, and encouraging.  The process is simple, and the fee is nominal if you compare it to other gyms in the area.I went through the 6-week challenge, going 3 times a week and lost pounds and trimmed my body fat down a huge percentage.  The classes are great, and I make the joke that it's only 30 minutes... but holys**t it's an intense 30 minutes.  I had previously done P90x for 3 months, EVERY morning for an hour.  The class is so much more intense.The result of the challenge? A body that I was proud of, and the start of a journey to an even healthier and fit body.  I am currently still a member, going three times a week, and still seeing results.The TLDR version: Hollywood Fitbody Bootcamp with Coach Jason is one of the best decisions I have made.  I'm not only healthier-- but more energetic, happier, and proud of my health and body. Coach Jason is dope. Being new to the area, I wanted to get back into being active and feeling good. Not knowing what I was really getting myself into, I signed up for the 6 week challenge via Facebook Ad. He wanted to get me started right away, but I had some prior engagements. Hollywood Fitbody Boot Camp changed my body and the way I workout and think of food. I joined for the 6 week challenge and lost 18 pounds! Jason outlined portions and types of protein, carbs and veggies for every meal. He provided multiple times for workout classes and I only needed to commit to 3 a week. The workouts were high intensity intervals for 30 minutes. What makes Hollywood FitBody Boot Camp unique is that Jason checks in with you via text to keep you accountable and answer any questions about eating or workouts. So I started working out here during a 6 week challenge. While I didn't lose my 20lbs to get my money back, I wouldn't have wanted it back anyway. I like the structure of the workout and can feel myself getting stronger the longer I have been going and lets be real, that's why I am going. I probably think about how much I hate Jason at least once a workout but I wouldn't have it any other way. It's a hard 30 minutes, but it is always changing and keeps me on my toes. I must say that this training program is truly amazing. Jason and the workouts he puts together are incredibly fun, challenging and from all I've seen, guaranteed to show you results - and quickly. I had a tough time with other trainers and workouts, feeling like I was getting intensely screamed to get me to work harder, but actually that had the opposite effect. Jason and his programs are very positive and get you engaged in the fun of pushing yourself harder each time in order to quickly reach peak fitness and health. He also makes it so much easier to stay in shape by providing recipes and shopping lists so you can support your wellness with proper nutrition. First, each client must be evaluated, I listen to my clients and provide the best program possible to help them see results.

There are three pillars to getting the body of your dreams, The first pillar is a training program, a program that is going to work on your weakness and then using a progression method to get you in the best shape possible. The second pillar is nutrition, learning the knowledge of how you should, when you should eat and making sure you are getting proper rest and water in your body. The third pillar is accountability, having someone to coach and motivate you, pushing you and supporting you even when you are not working out.
