First off her studio is very neat. This was my first one on one makeup lesson ever and I will say i was impressed with the level of professionalism Indigo Chanel embodies. I like the fact that is allows you to practice as well. The icing on the cake is her engaging personality. She also prepares notes on the techniques and gives to you as a reference to use at home. Finally, she actually follows up with her clients from time to time to check up on their progress which is something I really value. I highly recommend Indigo for all events. She is very professional and provided great customer service. It was a pleasure to work with her and I appreciated the communication updates. She arrived early to the hotel, and started the makeup application right on time. I was in town for a wedding and needed to leave at a certain time. I requested for a natural look and Indigo did not disappoint. The look was PERFECT! It also complimented my dress, which I showed her before the process began. I also learned tips about the order of applying the different products. Indigo helped me ‘weed out’ my existing products. Where to start... from the time you set the appointment until you wash your face at the end of the day, you feel excited from Indigo’s energy alone. This was my first full face and for my birthday. Indigo gave me phenomenal service. I recently booked a one on one lesson with her last minute and she was able to squeeze me in her busy schedule. One thing that stood out to me was how bubbly she was via email & also In person at 8am in the morning and how fast she responded to me. I contacted Indigo at the last minute to see if she can do my makeup for my graduation the following day. Indigo is a professional and vibrant makeup artists. I enjoyed her services, patients, and kind bubbly personality. I went to Indigo to get my makeup done for prom, and she did not disappoint. Indigo was very helpful, she responded to emails and texts with efficiency. When my mother and I arrived to her studio she was very inviting and kind, even offered water and snacks.
